My partner and I stayed at the Pallas Hotel at the end of August and we were very pleased with our stay. When we checked in our room was spotless and very modern exactly like the pictures online. Our room was cleaned every day except on a Wednesday but the bin in bathroom was still emptied and we were given a bottle of water. The hotel food was amazing! Breakfast is relatively the same but enough variety and lunch and dinners always had different dishes each day. Everything we ate was delicious. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. No sun bed wars which was lovely. The hotel is very aesthetically appealing. All the staff at the hotel were very polite and kind. On our last day our flight wasn’t until 8pm so we paid for late checkout at 4pm. It cost 40 euros which we were happy to pay for an extra day by the pool and then could also shower before leaving. The entertainment in the hotel was a nice addition. The greek night was fun, quiz nights were a laugh and we enjoyed the live saxophone too. No big shows so if you love the entertainment at all inclusive this one is more chilled but we preferred that. The hotel is no more than a 10 minute walk to the strip. The hotel’s location was good as you are close to strip but out of the way so it was always quiet during the day and night. Whilst staying here we did some boat trips which we loved. We explored the caves, shipwrecks, saw turtles and swam in the sea would definitely recommend. One evening we had dinner on the strip at the restaurant Anima and it was 10/10. We were very pleased with our stay and would visit again! Thank you to all of the Pallas Hotel Team :)

Me and a group of 4 friends stayed here from the end of august/start of september, on first glance the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and the hotel itself is extremely clean(i will mention its on a dark road and atleast a 10 minute walk to the main strip), we checked in and paid 70 pound in tax on each rooms, 2 of us girls were in one room and 3 of us in the other, when the 3 of us arrived in the room it was evident that this was going to be struggle for 3 adults as the room size was simply just not big enough( 2 singles put together for a double and what seemed to be a extremely hard camp bed)no where to put 3 suitcases and not a proper wardrobe space, we also found it extremely strange that the sink was in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom , on further investigation we realised how small the bathroom was and it would of been physically impossible to put the sink in there. We popped down to reception and asked if there were any upgrades or bigger rooms available as we were happy to pay extra and we were told all rooms were the same size but on further investigation on other platforms this is evidently not the case.We arrived quite late and went straight to bed after this in the morning housekeeping knocked on our door but we told them to come back the next day as the room simply didnt need cleaning as we hadnt even been in there 12 hours, this was the last time housekeeping attempted to clean our room over the 7 days we were there until our very last day, they changed our towels and replenished water in this time however our rooms were not being cleaned, our bin was overflowing and our bedsheets needed changing. I will also mention the off and on sewage smell in our room coming for what we think was our shower ? The hotel buffet didnt really have much option especially for picky eaters and also as this is a kid friendly hotel, most of the food was luke warm at best most nights, i understand its a buffet but we payed alot of money to be here and u expect hot food , plates were not being cleared once you had finished which should be standard in a hospitality sector. The drinks were ok a good selection of fizzy pops and juices, a few cocktails, no brand sprits, a few wines and 1 beer . You had to pay for branded ones which i found extremely ridiculous considering the amount you pay for the all inclusive. The food times were strange with brekfast finishing at 10 and a snack bar at 11 constantly consisting of chips (who wants chips for breakfast), lunch 1-2:30 , snack bar from 4-5 and then dinner from 7-9 The outside area and poll was SWARMED with wasps i get sometimes that cant be helped but the bins were not changed regularly and sometimes overflowing attracting the wasps and the pool area was never cleared of plates or cups throughout the day. There is no complimentary shower on checkout, meaning if you have a late flight you won’t have anywhere to freshen up throughout the day. All in all i would never stay here again, most of the staff were pleasant however it does not take away from the fact of the amount of money we spent and it not living up to expectations.

Rooms modern but uninspiring. Swim up rooms are overlooked. No housekeeping on a Wednesday. No porterage and concentrated juices not complimenting anycocktails. No bar or restaurant service meals Luke warm and comes with chips. Which suited the kids. Breakfast sausage nice, but no live cooking station for any sitting. Pallas is best suited for a resort family break. Don't take the kids to Laguna Strip as it's an awful seedy area. Plenty of trips available. Staff friendly. Two star at best.But with small changes could be a 4 Star

The hotel is nicely designed, especially the lobby stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s probably the only major positive. The food was very repetitive and heavy, and the restaurant opening hours could be better adjusted. The rooms were not very functional, with an uncomfortable wardrobe and sink area. They were also not very clean and seemed poorly maintained.In my opinion, this hotel definitely does not meet a 4-star standard. I would give it 2 stars at most.
