Plaza Pallas

We ended up stranded at the airport in Greece and were so lucky to find this hotel at the last minute. There were eight of us, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed after a very stressful day. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you so much to the wonderful team for looking after us so well! Highly recommended.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, very helpful. The rooms were nice and big. We loved the tortoises and the pool looked very nice. They helped us when we needed a hotel room late at night last minute due to a delayed flight and they couldn’t have helped us more. I highly recommend this hotel more for the nice staff and good customer service. Thank you

So glad we stayed! Hotel was immaculate inside & out with a beautiful pool, however, lovely surroundings are nothing without the people that help you make memories during your stay - THE STAFF 👍. Everyone is so friendly & willing to help, whatever you need, they even tried to help another guest find his luggage that his holiday company had misplaced, which wasn’t really their remit. As I told Spiros who runs the place like a family having friends to stay, especially in Sambuca Bar attached to the hotel, we’ve been fortunate to have been in a number of bars around the world & this is the best. Sambuca Bar is loud, no shrinking violets here, the music provided by Billy, Spiros’ son never fails to get the place jumping with a wide range across the decades that will suit all, as long as you’re prepared to join in & embrace it. The atmosphere is 2nd to none, quiet drink during the day, no problem but this place takes off at night & well into the early morning being open til 3 a.m. 😉. We arrived for 10 nights & had a drink before going for food but came back for more - 9 nights out of the 10, that says it all! Thank you all for making us feel so welcome, they even put a reserved sign on our favourite table & we truly appreciate the parting gift from Spiros ☺️. We stayed for our 30th Wedding in a deluxe double room & it was beautiful, the bathroom had a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head & constant hot water. We were bed & breakfast with a great choice available to suit all tastes.

The Plaza Pallas hotel is in an excellent location and is a beautiful hotel which in my opinion is easily worth more than 3 star rating, the facilities are spot on.Our problem was that even though we informed the hotel months before we arrived that my husband was disabled we were told the room was suitable for our needs,it was,nt ,the hotel grounds are perfect for accessability but the wheelchair, though we could easily get in the room there was no room to get the wheelchair down the side of the bed which was essential, nor to get onto the balcony which had a fabulous view of the pool area. We did ask to be moved to a more accessable room but they were fully booked and so it was hard work for us but we somehow managed, we had to. The room was No. 211.The Hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. the restauarant had something different everyday for breakfast and the choice of food throughout the day and for evening meals was brilliant and prices were reasonable too.All the staff were so friendly and would go out of their way to help.The pool area had lots of loungers but there are always the the towel on the bed brigade at the crack of dawn even though it was,nt nessasary.The hotel is central to everything in Tsilivi, so bars and restaurants all a few steps away and a short stroll to the beach.All in all an ideal hotel but if you need wheelchair access make sure it,s not room 211 as there are rooms with decent access.

Great location to stay in Tsilivi, central and everything easily walkable. Katerina and Spiros were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble for them or their team. Pool area was very good as were the cocktails! Breakfast was okay, enough options to choose from to start the day. Rooms were a good size and had everything that you needed. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area!
