TUI BLUE Caravel Resort & Spa

Fabulous! There was absolutely nothing to complain about with this hotel. No sun lounger hunting as there were so many to choose from, live music every night and such a huge choice of delicious food in the main restaurant and in the pool side cafe. We loved our stay at the Caravel and would return.

We have just returned from a week at the TUI blue Caravel, we’re a bit apprehensive having read some of the negative reviews but honestly they must have been staying at a different hotel. Firstly all the staff were very friendly and helpful and always happy to have chat a special thanks to young Kristina who served us every day around the pool area and in the bar she was very attentive. I am not a big fan of hotel buffet food but have to say the chef and his team in the kitchen produced some amazing food with some different flavours I have never experienced before. I agree with the comment regarding breakfast coffee being cold but the staff were always happy to get you a fresh cappuccino from the barista’s. We had a great restful week at the end of the season and were looked after very well by all of the staff and members of the TUI team who are a credit to the hotel and should be commended My only negative comment is regarding the hot tub on the balcony which was not very good

Just returned from a lovely week at theCaravel. The service and food were excellent, in particular Cristina who served by the pool was very attentive and friendly. Because of the time of year the hotel was quiet and in the evening lacked a little atmosphere. We stayed in a swim up room which was in the newer block and the room was very nice and modern. My sister stayed in the older section in a balcony room and that was a little dated and needed some attention in places, although she was happy with it. I had a facial at the spa and that was very nice and the staff there were all very friendly. There is not much to do around the hotel but we went into Zante town and the hotel organised a taxi for us. The all inclusive drinks were made using mainly branded alcohol, which sometimes you don’t get. The selection of food at the buffet was excellent and we never had trouble waiting for a table.

Nora gave me a wonderful facial including a scalp massage. I left the room completely relaxed and with glowing skin!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and hard working, couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to the lovely young lady Kristina who served the drinks by the pool, she was a credit to the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
