We had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and were so friendly. They asked what type of massage we preferred and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We were offered drinks before and after the treatment, which was a really nice touch. The massage itself was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! 😴 Really lovely staff and a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Rating: 4/5 (at a push — more like a 3/5) We recently stayed at TUI BLUE Zante Maris. While the resort is marketed as a luxury 5-star hotel, our experience was far from it. At best, this property struggles to hit a 4-star standard, and the rating genuinely needs to be reviewed. Rooms & Cleanliness (1/5) The rooms are extremely run-down and tired. When we arrived, our room was dirty. I went to reception on our first night with photos, and they agreed it would be cleaned the following morning. The photos attached to this review show the condition of the room after it was supposedly cleaned. The toilet was stained, and the bathroom remained dirty every single day of our stay. False Advertising on Room Categories Prior to arriving, I paid an extra £140 for a "Large Double Room." Do not be fooled by this—these rooms simply do not exist. After noticing all the rooms appeared to be the same size, we queried this with reception, who confirmed there is no such category. The TUI Rep, Alma, also confirmed they don’t exist and was genuinely confused as to why TUI continues to advertise them. I have written confirmation from the hotel management stating these rooms do not exist, and I am currently chasing TUI for a refund after they offered only a generic apology. Food & Drinks (4/5) The food is pleasant and perfectly fine, though certainly not 5-star standard. However, the drinks and cocktails were exceptional and definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. We aren't big drinkers, but the selection felt truly luxurious, offering fantastic variety and high quality. Staff & Service (Mixed Experience) The general hotel staff work incredibly hard and deserve praise. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager and to Alex down by the beach, who worked tirelessly throughout our stay. The team at the beach bar were equally friendly and brilliant. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable issue with the male staff at the beach bar. They frequently prioritised young female guests, chatting about them in Greek, while appearing completely uninterested in serving standard guests, making service feel like a chore. Entertainment & Overall Vibe The entertainment was just okay—certainly not the high-end standard you would expect from a 5-star resort. Verdict The hotel has potential, but between the severe cleanliness issues, outdated rooms, and misleading room upgrade charges, I would not return. If you are expecting a true 5-star luxury experience, you will likely be disappointed.

Considering we had to change the plan when I got here as the facial i intended to get had aloe vera in and im allergic the staff were very understanding and gave me other options so I had a back message, brina who did my massage was amazing she is extremely kind and helpful and would just the pressure of her hands when asked always checking I was okay ive never felt this relaxed thank you so much

My wife and I booked a seven-night honeymoon at TUI BLUE Zante Maris in September 2026, expecting a luxurious five-star, adults-only experience. Unfortunately, what should have been one of the most memorable holidays of our lives turned into a huge disappointment. Swim-up room – a complete letdown We paid extra for a swim-up room, only to discover that our pool area spent much of the day in the shade. There was virtually no privacy, with neighbouring guests smoking on their balconies and noise from the bar affecting our enjoyment. Hardly the romantic honeymoon experience we had paid for! Dirty pools and poor hotel maintenance The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were extremely disappointing and certainly not what we expected from a five-star establishment. There were noticeable green stains around the swimming pool, raising serious concerns about the standard of cleaning and upkeep. The paving surrounding the pool was also poorly maintained, contributing to the generally tired and neglected appearance of the outdoor areas. The main swimming pool was filthy, and we experienced yellow staining on our towels and swimwear, which we believe came from the pool. Rather than properly investigating our concerns, the staining was blamed on tanning products. The poor maintenance extended to our room, where we encountered cracked shower fittings, leaks and difficulty regulating the water temperature. For a hotel marketed as five-star luxury, the condition of the pool areas, paving and general facilities was simply unacceptable. Complaints raised within 12 hours We raised our concerns within the first 12 hours of arriving, yet we felt that our complaints were never properly addressed. The alternative room offered was unsuitable, leaving us with little choice but to remain in accommodation we were unhappy with. TUI's handling of our complaint was equally disappointing What has made this experience even worse is TUI's handling of our formal complaint since returning home. We supplied photographic evidence clearly showing the green staining around the pool, the condition of the paving, the poor maintenance and the other issues we encountered. Despite providing this evidence, we do not believe TUI properly reviewed our photographs or thoroughly investigated our concerns. Their responses gave us the impression that our complaint had not been considered individually and that the photographic evidence we had taken the time to provide had effectively been ignored. Rather than addressing each issue and explaining their findings, TUI appeared more interested in dismissing our concerns than understanding what had actually happened. We booked this hotel following a recommendation from a TUI representative, trusting their advice and the advertised five-star rating. We expected considerably better from such a well-established travel company, particularly when dealing with a complaint about someone's honeymoon. Would we return or recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. Our honeymoon was supposed to be a special occasion. Instead, we were left disappointed by the accommodation, dirty pools, poor maintenance, lack of privacy and TUI's subsequent customer service. For anyone considering this hotel, particularly for a honeymoon or special occasion, I would strongly recommend researching the swim-up rooms carefully before paying the additional cost. Take plenty of photographs and document any problems immediately. Unfortunately, even doing this hasn't resulted in what we consider a proper investigation by TUI. We are still seeking a fair resolution to our complaint, but the entire experience has seriously damaged our confidence in TUI. A thoroughly disappointing honeymoon. The hotel fell well short of our expectations, and TUI's handling of our complaint has only made matters worse.

Not a 5 star hotel Location is good not far from the town and right on the beach . We had a swim up room don’t bother a waste of money it had a hedge view which meant it was in the shade all day and the swimming area didn’t look inviting at all . You could get sunbeds round the pool up 9 o’clock but if you wanted a sunbed on the beach in a prime position you had to be there at 6am.Food wise it’s plenty of choice but it was never hot only ever lukewarm and no microwave available to heat it up all meal times were the same and even breakfast drinks like tea or coffee were only ever warm despite asking to make sure the water was hot. With a few tweaks this hotel could be .We had room 112 the lightning was very poor when the sun went down. On the plus side majority of staff are lovely and work extremely hard . Would we return highly unlikely.
