The staff were very kind helpful but outside their control we have anissue with the people in room next to us who have 2 small children under 3 yrs old who are extremely loud and bang on the walls and scream early in morning and late at night. Was woken at 430am to screaming from children in 214. Alao bedroomfloors are sticky and feel unclean. Besides the floor and loud neighbors children which is outside your control the room is nice . The food is good and the staff are doing great at being of assistance.
