Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

perfect location right on the Beach in Nusa Dua Although it was school holidays the atmosphere was calm and lots of fun The room was fabulous. Clean, airy, fully serviced. Great value for the bed and breakfast option everything was spotless throughout the resort. Finally from check in to checkout every member of staff was welcoming, attentive to detail and seemed to enjoy their work.

Great experience, Yusti was great !

Our stay at the Grand Mirage as a family of 4 was nothing less than perfect! The space and rooms were beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and always so kind with each interaction. We also had a few nannies working at the Grand Mirage help out with our two young kids who were all so lovely but I want to give special praise to one nanny, Yanti. She went over and beyond with our children, always so caring and gave them so much love, went out of her way to make things for the children and helped us when our kids were sick. She is what made our holiday so memorable!

Dewa, from Grand Cafe, was amazing. his attention to detail, and passion for his work was exceptional we were a large group (23 people) and he always managed to accommodate all our needs Thanks Dewa for making our stay so easy and comfortable
