Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

We had an amazing experience with the very helpful staff at the grand mirage. Everyone was great. I placed a bit of pressure on the front desk team with a late request for a romantic dinner. The team were amazing and were able to assist. The waiting team for that evening were flawless the one guy (didn’t get his name) we had for the evening was funny and very enthusiastic. Like all staff always had a smile and happy to assist.

The all inclusive was amazing, the food and the drinks were great. i highly recommend the all inclusive, and the jetski ride included was great too. the staff are all so friendly also. unfortunately my partner and i got gastroenteritis and had to receive an IV fluid treatment at the end of our stay but the nurses come to your room and treat you very well and quickly, it was just not ideal as it’s still ongoing after leaving. we don’t know how we got it but i do otherwise highly recommend this hotel.

Grand Mirage gives parents the opportunity to actually have fun with their kids and takes the load off of being a parent. The lazy river is heaven and full of happy people. The all inclusive takes away the stress of the final bill, there are so many options for try whole family, space to try new things while still providing comforts for their tuckered out little guests. I’m so grateful for the kindness of all the staff, particularly being cared for by the ladies in the kids club. Payment via international transfer is a bit tricky when you’re sleep deprived but the payment link works well and the staff are understanding.

Amazing stay. Staff are awesome (Sudi the best of the best)! Spotlessly clean. Easy to navigate. Great spa treatments. Awesome food and entertainment.

Highly recommended everything. Amazing holiday
