⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Fantastic Stay at the Grand Mirage Bali! From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Grand Mirage was exceptional. I would particularly like to recognise two outstanding members of staff who made our stay so memorable: Kevin Hendra and Manageress Bu Senni. Kevin’s customer service skills were absolutely impeccable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whether we needed assistance, had a question or made a request for ourselves or our family, Kevin was always there to help with a genuine smile and a level of professionalism that deserves to be recognised. Bu Senni was equally outstanding. Her attention to detail, exceptional hospitality and personal touch in the evenings made a real difference to our experience. It is clear that she takes great pride in ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued and well looked after. The entire team at the Grand Mirage deserves recognition. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, friendly and genuinely eager to go above and beyond, not just for us but for other guests as well. That level of service makes a hotel stand out from the crowd. The food, drinks, service and rooms were all absolutely top quality. Whether you are considering a short break or a longer holiday, with the all-inclusive package or without it, I would highly recommend the Grand Mirage to anyone visiting Bali. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked our next holiday before we had even left! That speaks volumes about the experience we had. A huge thank you to Kevin Hendra, Bu Senni and the entire Grand Mirage team for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Staff like you are a real credit to the hotel, and management should be incredibly proud to have you representing the resort. We look forward to returning and seeing you all again! My first time staying at the Grand Mirage and wow, me and my fiancee said we will definitely be back! We had the all-inclusive package and it was was just wonderful! From the drinks, to the lovely food, to the amazing pools and the spotless room we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't feel more relaxed! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, right from airport pickup, during out whole stay up to airport drop off!! Thankyou!!!!

We are party of 4. 2 adults and 2 teenage kids so had booked 2 rooms. Checkin at the hotel was quick and straightforward. Complimentary drinks as the check in process unfolded was much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and reasonably sized. Kids ended up a king bed and we needed to setup a separate trundle bed which was quickly brought in. Hotel is large resort with lots of room, choices for restaurants and a lazy river to keep the family occupied. It’s not in a busy part of town so if going out if your thing be prepared for a 10-20min drive but if you just want relax at the hotel Grand Mirage is perfect. We couldn’t fault any of the amenities in the room, everything worked, there was plenty of luggage storage so you don’t hv bags on the floor and balcony was a welcome point to sit outside. Service throughout was fantastic, at all the restaurant, morning breakfast etc. Staff were courteous, communicated well. Morning buffet was one other largest selections ive experienced with multiple cuisine choices. We also took a massage service and this was also great. The concierge at the massage centre allowed us to select oils, the room and ambience were great, massage itself was awesome, and the ginger tea afterwards was greatly appreciated. All in all we had a great experience at Grand Mirage and highly recommend it for anyone who just wants to chill out, take time out and enjoy their surroundings
