Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

We stayed at the Grand Mirage for four nights after a busy family trip to Japan to wind down before heading back to Sydney. I have never been to a more thoughtful and accomodating hotel. My husband unfortunately came down with a stomach issue and sleeping in one bed with our young daughter was so problematic because we were so worried she (and I) would catch what he had. At 1am, the wonderful man on reception found us another room that her and I could sleep in and keep our distance. Not only that, they offered a separate room the following night too to minimise the risk of us catching what he had before we flew home the following day. The kindness and generosity was the highest level of service and care I have ever come across. Thank you so much Grand Mirage. We are so appreciative of everything you did for us.

Lovely resort and location. Had a lovely spa treatment in Thalasso Spa with Astini, she and the staff there were very welcoming and made me feel rejuvenated. Had a few days of illness during stay, can't pinpoint the exact reason, staff were most helpful at getting me back to our room with my partner. We do think infinity pool and lazy river didn't look as clean as main pool. Been a most relaxing stay otherwise.

I would love to appreciate mr devi from reservations... He is very kind human and a very supportive person... He guided me very well all my queries.... Thankq so much mr devi....

Beautiful resort and all inclusive package was great value

We had a lovely stay at Grand Mirage. Stayed here for a week with 2 children (1&4). Different food options for them To enjoy, plenty of ice creams and swimming in the pool. The service was great too. All staff member were so polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was great and later afternoon/evening they offered a new set of towels if needed be as well. Our children enjoyed the theme dinner buffets as well that had different shows on. Is highly recommend Grand Mirage for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful holiday in Bali. We did not go out much as we have little children and everything we needed and wanted was at the resort. The only one thing I want to comment about would be perhaps to have more smoking sections. But I am well aware it is in Bali and it works different there. Just being a big resort and having an ashtray near the pool with all the children where they and us eat food and drinks. But did not happen very often that people smoked but just a small thing and mainly putting it here perhaps for Grand Mirage to see and change it. I’d definitely come back here - anytime of the year. It was amazing!
