Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Had the most amazing time at the Hard Rock Hotel in a Rock Royalty King Room with pool access was so worth it for us. The staff go above and beyond to help you - special mention to Novi, Widya, Rini, Dessy, Amanda, Regina, Dwi, Reta, Panji, Adi, Dani, Sudi & Cindy who took amazing care of us! The food and service was more than we were expecting!! We didn’t even go to eat at the main buffet breakfast as the food was as that great! All the staff just made us feel so special! We will definitely stay again!

Our Home Away from Home in Bali ❤️ This year marked our third year in Bali, and once again, we chose to stay at Hard Rock Bali. By now, it truly feels like our home away from home. From the very first moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome and cared for that we didn’t hesitate to spend an entire month at the hotel. What makes Hard Rock Bali so special is, without a doubt, its people. Every member of the team was warm, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. During our stay, my son became unwell, and the hotel doctor kindly referred us to a hospital and helped speed up the process, which meant so much to us during a stressful moment. We will always be grateful for that level of care. Throughout our entire stay, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional service. It’s the kind of place where you don’t simply feel like a guest — you feel like part of the family. The location is also unbeatable. Everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep: supermarkets, shops, massage places, restaurants, the beach, and a shopping mall where you can enjoy some time with the family. It makes staying there incredibly convenient. We are already counting down the days until next summer and our next visit! Thank you once again to our wonderful Hard Rock Bali family for making another stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back. 🤟🏻❤️

Hard Rock Hotel Bali was our first stop in Bali, and it set the bar incredibly high for the rest of our trip. Location-wise, Kuta is busy but the hotel is brilliantly positioned right across from the beach and, most importantly for us, just a 10-minute walk from Waterbom Bali. That was actually our main reason for choosing this hotel: the water park was a must-do for our kids. We don't regret it for a second. The welcome we received was fantastic, and the property itself is genuinely great. You have everything you need on site honestly, you could stay in and never leave. The Kids Club is fantastic; this is a hotel truly built for families, with plenty to keep children entertained. Our rooms were perfect, the service impeccable, and the cleanliness flawless. Really nothing to fault. As a final touch, we did a family photo session just before check-out 15 minutes, and the results were incredible. A lovely souvenir to take home. An amazing experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is very professional an definitely has the rock start royalty vibe. Nothing was too hard, we had accidentally left our housekeeping light on so when I called they sent housekeeping and maintenance Andre another man I forgot his name. They came immediately an sorted it out with speed. Big thanks 🙏 to them an house keeping!

Second visit to Hard Rock and it did not disappoint. Outstanding service and kids loved it- especially the towel animals! My 10 year old had to visit the excellent medical centre for an ear infection, and was delighted to receive cookies and a get well card the next day from the in-house team...another example of great communication and attention to detail. Thank you!
