Sol by Melia Benoa Bali - All Inclusive

Excellent hotel, food and drinks were lovely and all the staff were polite, hospitable and friendly

Location is excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice chilled out vibe. Definately visit again.

Good hotel for stay with a familie, not big but everything is presented. Service also was good.

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff are very friendly and courteous. The location is excellent and peaceful, and the food is tasty. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, and Ms. Padma at the reception is incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here next year.

We had a 14 night stay at this hotel and wow what a stay. Within 2 days we were looking to see how we could come back . Food was excellent  with good variety and all extremely delicious. We never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool or at the beach. What makes this hotel standout from the many others we have been to around the world is the staff. All without exception, from the reception team, security guards on the gate and beach, gardeners and every member of staff we met, had a smile and went out of their way to help and look after us. They remembered us and our preferences and everything was done with good heart and a smile.  We have to mention special thanks to Aryani in the lobby bar along with BomBom, Agus and Arya, Suaritini and the staff in the Menega restaurant, Putri in the Kitchen restaurant, who looked after us with a smile from day one when we overslept and arrived just as the restaurant was about to close, and to Suriana who kept our room so wonderful and clean.  However we have to emphasise that if we could we would mention every member of the team at the Sol Benoa, a wonderful happy and friendly team throughout the hotel.  We are hoping to return next year
