Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali

My event at Sthala Ubud went very successfully, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mba Reha, Pak Widura, Pak Eka, and the entire team at Sthala Ubud for all their support and assistance in making our event run smoothly and successfully. I truly appreciate how the team handled the last-minute change of the dinner venue and managed to prepare everything within less than two hours. Your flexibility, quick response, and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated, especially during such a challenging situation on the event day. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation, as well as my client’s, to Pak Arry for his excellent service and fast response throughout the handling of our group meeting. His support, attention to detail, and willingness to assist whenever needed made a big difference during the event. Overall, the entire Sthala Ubud team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the event. This level of support is something I have not experienced to the same extent with other hotels in the Ubud area. My client also specifically praised the team’s performance and support, which contributed greatly to the success of our event. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is situated in a serene and beautiful location, with a small river flowing alongside it. The clean, green landscape and peaceful surroundings create a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience having breakfast amidst nature, with sunlight filtering through the trees and the river flowing nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options. As an Indian, I was especially pleased to find several Indian dishes available at breakfast and also during lunch and dinner. However, the taste of the Indian dishes could have been improved. There are a couple of areas that could be better. These are specific to Family Suites. The lighting inside the family suite rooms felt inadequate, and there was an unpleasant smell along the pathway leading to the family suites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s peaceful setting, pleasant surroundings, spacious rooms, and courteous service. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

The location is very pretty and close to our excursions so we did not have long bus travels. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and most of all the staff were lovely and very attentive. They made our stay incredible, and were the highlight of our stay. Excellent service.

Location is very scenic and exotic. Tropical vibes. Good staff and management. Dea and all other staff members were very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast and stay, also dinner.
