Apartamentos Palm Garden

We have been coming to fuerteventura for 10years and this is our second year at Palm garden and love it here apartments are spacious and very clean with access to a beautiful beach and all the amenities. The hotel offers a restaurant which you can buy breakfast at €6 each and an evening meal at €14 each food is lovely and plentiful. There is also access to a swimming pool. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

love staying here very clean we stayed in a refurbished room lovely on the 5th floor over pool sun all day looking at the beautiful beach quiet and relaxing but everything you need when you step outside the hotel will be returning soon. muchas gratis

Went last August to this complex with my son - it was perfectly placed for everything you wanted to do. Supermarket next door and 5 minute walk and you were on the amazing beach - the water was so warm it was like stepping into a bath! shops were plentiful. Majority of people staying there were German but this did not cause any problems - the restaurant staff were very friendly but the reception staff were a bit more reserved. The only negative thing I can say about this resort is that there is no air con or fans in the rooms so tends to get very uncomfortable at night - will be buying a fan when we return this year!

Stayed 7th - 10th Jan 2016 Palm Garden had a beautiful view of the sea and in a great location, but sadly that was all it had going for it. The room and hotel badly needed a revamp and redecoration but the room was clean and had a lovely large terrace. Everything was an extra: kettle, no free wifi, no tv remote - the hotel didn't even have a hotel bar or shop! To top that the most miserable and unhelpful receptionists and customers!....Jandia had lovely beaches and the walk along was really nice, it was very well geared up along the front for joggers, bikes and skateboarders and lots of seats to admire the view too....it was a shame about the hotel but we enjoyed ourselves nevertheless....There was a supermarket and a bar along from the hotel.

Stayed on the 9th floor at end of Feb in an apartment which we found on Owners direct. First the positives, excellent location, good balcony with a fantastic view & looked like good value. It was a studio, self catering, basic but ok facilities & seemed reasonable enough until we arrived back after our first night out to find insects, some of which were cockroaches around the sink/cooker area. I`m not squeamish so I dealt with it & first thing next morning bought an insect spray in the local supermarket & sprayed liberally under the sink down the sides of the unit & anywhere I thought they might lodge. It did`nt work despite a number of attempts after the buggers reappeared. As I had booked with the owner I had no comeback with the hotel & in fairness to them I can see no mention in any of the other, even the unfavorable reviews, of this being an issue elsewhere in the complex. There were lots of German guests, many of whom looked like repeats so I feel we may have been unfortunate in selecting the apartment we did as I could`nt see them putting up with what we encountered. Generally outside the apartment I thought the place was clean & well kept, if dated which is why I am giving 3 for cleanliness. Jandia is a lovely place for a beach holiday with all the usual shops , bars etc & Morro Jable close by has a lot of good restaurants at reasonable prices.
