Barcelo Corralejo Bay

My daughter and I loved this hotel . Two weeks AI . Well worth it . We returned 12 days ago and will be booking again for 2027. Staff great as was the food and drinks. The pool bar food was excellent. Wish they would replenish water every day but that's a minor inconvenience as there is a supermarket up the road. We had an " accessible " room which was located on ground floor and near reception and lobby bar. Next time we hope to get one of the " 0 " floor poolside jacuzzi rooms which lead directly onto the pools.

Lovely stay, largely due to wonderful staff. We've visited the hotel several times, but after having a nasty accident on this holiday on the first night, I was extremely touched by how much care and concern I was shown by those who work there for the rest of our stay. They helped so much on the night and then checked whether I needed anything after that. The hotel has a really nice environment.

We have been to the hotel several times and have always had great experiences. This time was something different. On our first night my wife had an accident and the hotel were brilliant. On the night we had the practical support you would hope for. However, this continued for the rest of the time with the Guest Experience Manager and Bar Manager doing everything they could to ensure our holiday was as good as it could be. What made this a truly superlative experience was the kindness shown by the staff. This was more than service but genuine people who we were so caring of us as people for the rest of our trip. My review is very simple, we cant wait to book another holiday to your hotel, had the best time cant wait to return, any negatives none.

This was our second visit to the Barceló Corralejo bay and it was just as good as the first time,would definitely recommend to anyone
