Barcelo Corralejo Bay

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing week at the Barcelo Corralejo Bay. From the warm welcome on arrival until our last day, the staff did everything to make this a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was perfectly situated to enjoy the fun of the main Corralejo shops and bars but also to relax by the peaceful poolside to enjoy our books! We unfortuneatly suffered a family bereavement just before our holiday and the Barcelo Corralejo Bay was the perfect place for us to take a much needed break. As a more "mature" couple we would certainly reccomend this hotel .

Lovely hotel, quiet, clean, comfortable , heated pool with great jacuzzi at one end, plus a larger pool that’s not heated. The service was great and the buffet restaurant food was delicious . Pool bar food also good . Extremely well equipped gym . I didn’t use spa but another guest said it was amazing . We will now look at other hotels in this group as this was a great holiday .

We returned to this hotel after 25 years as we had stayed there for our honeymoon. It is a fantastic hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, having a brilliant gym, with classes and a thermal suite. We even treated ourselves to a massage in the spa. There is a huge variety of food and plenty of it. We were disappointed with our lower level room, but I had not specified a higher room when booking. However, I went and spoke to Leah, the guest experience manager and from the moment I spoke to her, she immediately put wheels in motion to help us to change rooms and make the stay happier. We ended up in a suite (for a small fee) which was fabulous. The hotel also sent champagne and chocolates to the room for our anniversary. I would recommend the hotel.

Perfect hospitality and great wellness/fitness. The food for breakfast and evening meal is healthy and with great taste. All staff members are so kind. The beach and town right next to the hotel is great and we had so many swims in the sea 🤗 We can absolutely recommend Barcelo Bay

Nice large hotel complex with large rooms and plenty of space. A large gym and a spa too. The breakfast was pretty good. The average age of the guests was probably late 60’s so it’s a very quiet hotel.
