Went at end of September got a really cheap deal and was really happy with the hotel we had a superior room so had Aircon . I always check the room facilities detail on any booking we do .The Aircon is the best I have ever had in an all inclusive hotel the room was 4* standard couldn't fault it at all . The hotel and facilities were very good .The entertainer tries his best and works so hard to involve people .Really good little supermarket on site and a great gift shop with some good value gifts .All inclusive drinks were the better tasting local spirits so were definitely drinkable they are only 20% Alcohol not what we are used to in the UK not watered down but we should all know that by now plus beer wines and sparkling wine all on offer to AI cocktails are out of pre mixed jugs .If you choose to buy branded they are really cheap Bacardi 4 euros proper mixed cocktails 5 euros and at 10:30 every night for one hour it is buy one get one free so two Bacardi and cokes is 4 Euro .Pool was clean and very big sun beds no issue getting one. Parasols however not enough I ended up buying a cheap one and using for the week and leaving in my room Food I know its only 3 star and the food on the whole is at that level the hotel doesn't have a show cooking area so there is a greater emphasis on meat in sauces etc there was also paella most nights and theme nights Chinese ,Seafood, Mexican etc .Breakfast is the usual AI offering but with English style sausages Spanish omelettes etc. We did end up eating out two evenings and only had 3 breakfasts but we do that when we are at 4* hotels as well so not a negative . Some pubs and restaurants are a short walking distance away the pubs put on Live music most evenings and again reasonably priced .The Hotel is in a very quiet area but Caleta De Fuste is only 5.40 euro in a taxi away with a large selection of restaurants and nightlife if you want that . Overall we had a great time the staff are excellent they work really hard to make our holidays enjoyable and are always so helpful and cheerful. Would we come again yes definitely as long as in a superior room . My advice do your homework check what room you are booking and what facilities it has and if your looking for really busy nightlife a banging pool scene this isn't the place to come.If you are looking for a chilled relaxing holiday then consider the Globales Tropical

Unfortunately, the hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment. The door handle is coming apart, and the smell in the bathroom is absolutely horrendous. There are no cups or cutlery provided in the room, which is disappointing. There is also no service at the pool bar, and the food selection is very limited. We were also surprised by the €41 safe deposit charge. Overall, the facilities and service are below our expectations, and the hotel offers poor value for money. There is plenty of room for improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, food variety and customer service.

Not a nice holiday rude staff not very clean food rotten had to eat out I tried making my husband a sandwich as he was not well and was refused to be able to take it out to him yet you were allowed to bring snacks out will not be back staff rude did not enjoy this place at allhotel
