Where to start, ok the good bits. Hotel extremely clean and attractive, very pleasant to sit outside in the evening. Staff very good and mostly pleasant. Range 9f drinks and cocktails very nic but not all included in the AI package. Pools very nice. Unfortunately now the n9tvso good points..Bed were two singles pushed together, Unfortunately they were not secured and I suspect moving z bit in my sleep I ended up on the floor between the two beds, not ideal for overn70's. Next although the adult pool wax lovely with very comfy sun beds, the music OMG was so loud for such a small area and exactly the same every day..who wants to listen to Rap music combined with thumping soul music every minute with no respite.please read the room and adapt the choice, several people were complaining. Lastly the food, I don't know if I am very picky but I thought it was truly abysmal, no labeling, cold food also innit was not dried out and curling up at the edges , it was undercooked. We spoke to restaurant manager but no improvement. Also flies on the cold meats. After paying for all inclusive we ended up going out to eat several nights. Unfortunately we would not return to this hotel.

Just got back from 7 days at this hotel and have to say it left me a little underwhelmed. First the good bit - the hotel is new and immaculately clean. Now the bad. Gates to the pool do not open until 10am and then there is a free for all scrum for sunbeds - if you are not in position by 10.03 you can forget it. Lunch was another scrum where it could take half an hour to find a table and then it would be piled with dirty plates. Getting a table was the first battle to win - you then had to queue to get into the food part of the restaurant. With that battle won we then had to move on to find some food, which was disappearing quicker than a magicians assistant. Unfortunately this was very slow to be replaced as it seemed that the "paying guests" took priority over all inclusive. We then move to breakfast and dinner where there always seemed to be a table but again the food replenishment was very lacklustre. Food was OK but never really hot, just warm at best. Also food labelling was poor and very often inaccurate. The above comments only cover Saturday until wednesday night. After this, on our last 2 days, there were plenty of sunbeds and no rush at the snack bar at lunch, also breakfast and dinner were positively serene. Obviously a lot of people had gone home as there were no extra sunbeds/chairs/tables etc it just seemed very quiet. To recap - if you are going to this hotel outside of the school holidays I would say you will have a decent break, if however, like us, you need to go during when the kids are off school, avoid, as the hotel is found seriously wanting when at full capacity.
