Fantastic hotel only a ten minute walk to the strip of shops, restaurants and bars. Catered for all. A children pool with a ship to play on. The adult only areas were superb without the chaos and noise of children playing. Entertainment at night could have been better but not the worst. Rooms were excellent. We had a cleaner called Joanna who went above and beyond only wanting to serve us and make us happy. Our rooms were cleaned with fresh towels every day. The room was modern and fresh. All staff were very professional and friendly. Would definitely return in the future.

Went with friends for a weeks break. Our expectations were not too high, but it’s a very good smallish resort. We had Emblem swim up suite (similar to RIU Elite) which gave access to an exclusive lounge and restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Relatively new resort so in good condition. Two large pools with walk in beach like entry plus an adults only infinity pool and bar. Plenty of sun loungers available and cabanas in adult area. Food pretty good. Evening entertainment a bit sparse but we enjoyed the live music in the jazz bar. Some daily entertainment around the main pools, but not too noisy and intrusive as we have experienced in larger hotels. Free shuttle to beach at the dunes. If we are very picky, the double showers leak water into the bathroom and needs towels to mop it up. Seems to be a fault with all these rooms. Could be an easy fix with a row of shallow tiles on the shower entrance. Overall very nice place and one we would certainly recommend.

Still here now having a good time food staff especially the cleaners go out the way to make you enjoy ya stay especially Joanna I am currently staying in the swim up suites emblem an would happy stay here again

We stayed in a junior suite in the adult only area. The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony had two sun loungers, two chairs, an umbrella and a small low level table. The staff were friendly and the grounds immaculate. There was plenty of space and sunbeds around the main two pools. The adult pool was a little more compact. There are two things that let this hotel down. Firstly, the food, there was plenty of choice but either over or under cooked and always cold. Before travelling we saw the reviews about food not being labelled and thought this would not be a problem, but when something is in a sauce you have no idea what meat or even fish it is. We did laugh when we asked the chef what the fish was, with a shrug of their shoulders they called another chef who also shrugged their shoulders and stated 'it is good'. Best meal is brekfast as long as you do not mind your beans and sausages cold. The second thing that let the hotel down was the insufficient number of seats outside the bar area in the evening, resulting in being unable to sit outside. It is a shame that the El Faro all day gastro bar was not open in the evenings as there was ample outside seating at this bar.

Estrella is very lovely and personable. Very good with kids too.
