Hotel Ereza Mar

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! All the staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming and work extremely hard. From reception to housekeeping to bar and restaurant. Fantastic. Outstanding cleanliness throughout. Whilst the food is nothing fancy we do enjoy our meals, tasty and plenty of choice with delicious desserts. The location is perfect with outstanding sea views and lovely walks round to the harbour and beach. 2 lovely pools one of which overlooks the sea. Special mention to Said who does a great job with the entertainment, it was particularly good to see people enjoying a new game in the pool this time. He has a lot of responsibility as the only entertainment person wheras some hotels have an entertainment team for support. Adults only is really great for us and we’re really looking forward to our next holiday here in March.

Went with my partner for 1 week expecting a lovely week being well catered for and being looked after. The reception staff were lovely. We arrived late afternoon the room was lovely and we were looking forward to a lovely dinner to be very disappointed! Not much choice and luke warm even the soup was cold . I'm a catering manager here in the UK and expect to get the same kind of service when I go on holiday. Sadly breakfast and dinner no better. There's no atmosphere at all and definitely not enough sun loungers for everyone . We ate out ! We love Caleta de fuste and definitely are favourite place but we won't be returning to this hotel !! You're better off going self catering because there are soo many nice places to eat!

Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel – Disappointing All-Inclusive Experience I recently stayed at the Ereza Hotel in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, and unfortunately, I came away feeling very disappointed. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Based on my experience, I would rate it closer to a 2-star hotel. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. Dinner was particularly poor and, on some occasions, the presentation reminded me more of slop than a meal you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The food often lacked flavour, inspiration and appealing presentation. I have read some of the other reviews praising the food, and honestly, I found myself wondering whether we had stayed at the same hotel! Breakfast was good, and lunch was acceptable if you enjoy a fairly basic selection of soup, salad, bread and desserts. However, the evening meals really let the hotel down. Even the ice cream seemed cheap and of poor quality. For an all-inclusive holiday, I expect food to be enjoyable, varied and of a reasonable standard, and sadly, this was not my experience. The all-inclusive drinks arrangements were another major disappointment. I have travelled extensively and, for the first time, I encountered an all-inclusive hotel where the bar stopped serving drinks at 11 pm, with guests having to pay for drinks after that time. This was something I had never experienced before at an all-inclusive hotel and, in my opinion, it really detracted from the overall holiday experience. If drinks are only included until 11 pm, guests should be made fully aware of this when booking. The sunbed situation was equally frustrating. The arrangements surrounding the sunbeds genuinely made me laugh, although not for the right reasons! The lifeguard and entertainment staff seemed very unhappy when guests moved sunbeds, and if you dared to move one, you certainly knew about it. Rather than creating a relaxed and welcoming holiday atmosphere, it felt unnecessarily restrictive and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were lovely and friendly, and I have no complaints about their attitude or customer service. They were one of the few highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, friendly staff cannot compensate for poor evening food, disappointing all-inclusive arrangements and facilities that left us feeling frustrated. Overall, I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. Having travelled extensively, I know what I expect from a 4-star all-inclusive resort, and sadly, the Ereza Hotel fell well short of those expectations. My advice to anyone considering booking: read the reviews carefully and manage your expectations. For me, this was a disappointing experience, and I certainly would not choose to stay here again. Would I return? Absolutely not.

Just arrived back after our second time staying here. The hotel is very well situated and close to all amenities. The hotel and all of its areas are very clean and tidy. The restaurant is well staffed and always clean. The food is nice but can be a bit hit and miss I.E. some things that just dont go together. Myself and my partner have gone all inclusive both times and ended up eating out in the evening quite a few times this year. The hotel staff are all friendly, welcoming and helpful, with the exception of the blue shirted entertainment man. He was rude to me this year when I tried to ask him a simple question. He also seems to only want certain people to get involved in the games. Other than that Ereza Mar is a nice pleasant hotel to visit.
