Playa Park Zensation

Gino and Jorge what can I say, they make the best entertainment team. They really made our holiday so much fun. Rooms big and cleaned every day. Food was nice but a bit repetitive. Pools are lovely and plenty of sunbeds but it was quiet as out of school holidays. Would definitely return.

Amazing hotel. We normally book villas but decided on a hotel for a week. Check in was late due to a late flight about about 10pm I had emailed ahead to request a particular block but reception said they were all occupied. Another staff member overheard and jumped in and said they had received a cancellation and we were promptly assigned a room in our preferred block. The room was immaculate, bedroom, bathroom separate lounge with divider and separate kitchen area with hob, and fridge. We were 1/2 board so didn’t really use this only for drinks in the fridge. Room was spotless and maid came every day to change towels and make the bed. We had a Downstairs room so had a patio with 4 chairs, table and 2 Sun loungers. We used the restaurant for breakfast and lunch at are out in the evening. Food was plentiful and varied, we never had difficulty finding something to eat. Staff kept the dining area clean and tables Wes cleared quickly. All staff worked their socks off keeping the hotel clean and were all very pleasant and accommodating. There was entertainment throughout the day and evening though we didn’t use this as we were out every evening . My husband used the gym which was well equipped but had no air conditioning so it was stifling. My only niggles are that the bedroom pillows were not very comfortable more like long boulster pillows and there were no padding on the Sun loungers which would have been better that said they were all in working order, clean and plentiful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel a well deserved 4* rating.

Excellent hotel rooms very clean and have everything you need. Pool area is lovely and always able to get a sun lounger. A ten minute walk into Corralego which has some nice shops and bars. The food at the hotel was amazing plenty of choice for every meal and all very fresh, lots of desserts and fresh fruit for all meals. We visited the Italian al a carte on the Friday night and again the food was amazing I had lasagne and it was the best I have ever had and all the different breads were really good. Would definitely recommend and could not find fault with anything at this hotel.

Have speaking to the reception staff over are concerns Tony when my friend went to follow up the issues we was offered a different room which is far superior sending following pictures Thank to the staff

We have always wanted to try this hotel and when Jet2 emailed us saying there was building work near our original hotel booking and we could change we jumped at the chance..we had a lovely stay here and would return. Check in was a bit of a faff as we had to download the app related to the hotel but the reception staff were very good at explaining things and download successfully.. the reception staff were very helpful we had a problem with our tv and it was sorted out within the hour.. on the subject of tv (although we don’t go on holiday to watch the tv in our room) there was bbc1, bbc2, itv, channels 4 and 5, CBeebies (we don’t have kids but stumbled on it one afternoon) and sky news.. the best selection of British tv channels we have ever had in any hotel we stayed in over our 10 years of coming. Food was good although could have been a little warmer on most days but good selection and probably the 2nd best hotel we have stayed in for food. We stayed half board plus and found the drinks prices very good. (€6.50 for a large beer and a small wine) pool areas were very good and very clean.. our room was a junior suite and we couldn’t fault it (2 adults staying) we had 2 bathrooms and a separate living area with fridge and safe (safe was free) cleaned every day and although no air con we found the ceiling fans were adequate. Hotel is situated on the out skirts of town with about a 15-20 min walk into town (we know the short cuts so was slightly shorter for us) ideally situated with the el campnario shopping centre literally 5 mins walk along with the sports bar and flintstones.. with the new hotel being built this will become an extremely popular part of town even though it’s a bit out.. we walked into town on a night with a taxi back after a few drinks (4.25 euros from the taxi rank on the main strip) would we stay again?? Absolutely we had a lovely stay and would return.. so well done playa park !
