Riu Oliva Beach Resort

The hotel has been a beautiful hotel in its day but due to legal stuff with their government they are not allowed to refurbish it, which shows in the rooms, very dated, however the staff do a great job regardless. The beach is beautiful. Food was very good and the service is good. During our stay, I cant say this would always be the same, we had a strong smell of drains in the bathroom that was very unpleasant and constant. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

Great hotel with a position to die for , food there was something for everybody drinks unlimited with a wide choice and the staff couldn’t do enough for you would definitely stay again

Another fabulous stay. I've been coming for years. The location and staff make this place very special. Yes the hotel needs a refurb. We just need the powers that be to agree to Riu doing the refurb they've been wanting to do for years. The hotel is incredible value for money. This was the first time I booked independently. Unfortunately Booking.com doesn't pass on room requests. I go to bed early and like a quiet room on the 7th floor so was very upset to be told I was on the 1st floor. The lady on Reception was fantastic. No single rooms available so I got a double on the top floor instead. I really appreciated this. Already booked for next year and this time I'll email the Reception directly!! I feel very safe coming to the hotel by myself and always meet lots of lovely other solo travellers.

We had a great time at this hotel, we usually opt for quiter hotels but the entertainment here was a refreshing change and the view from the hotel was stunning.yes, the rooms are dated, which can't be helped at present but they were cleaned daily if you so wished!

Perfect location, good food amazing staff. Clean yes it’s dated but that doesn’t affect our holidays we have been coming here for over ten years and have had beautiful memories here and will continue to to do so , there’s only one thing for us that we miss there and that would be some earlier music , shows , and entertainment we love to dance but it’s not a complaint as the location and amazing staff make our holidays memorable
