Lovely little hotel, very clean & food good our break was made better by taking on board others advise though. Great location to beach & sea view rooms from floor 3 upwards amazing. Ours was an updated with great shower room but no drawers for clothes, only wardrobe & little shelving/surfaces for belongings - hotel could fix this very easily. Downstairs pool area generally good but does need some tlc, guess this is as it was close to the end of season with flacking paint etc. It had an aquagym session every morning & events throughout the day. Entertainment guy was a credit to hotel, working hard & always had a smile on his face. Lady on reception, spoke great English & gave us a room to shower in on last day FOC 😍 which was amazing. Wouldn’t recommend other side of hotel though as overlooks shops & I can imagine gets noisy from early in the morning. Also shower room in non-updated rooms a little grim with shower curtain & floor got very wet - glad we weren’t in these rooms. Roof top area amazing though & definite a highlight of the hotel, great views, sun beds, small chill out pools & bar area. Had DJ on Tues & Thurs from 5-8 very Ibiza vibes. Can hire upgrade to double beds with bottle of fizz from €30 for the day, which was lovely. Unfortunately management of beds not great & often saw people shamed to pay money after sitting in beds for a while - apparently not realising they weren’t free. We paid for upgrade beds prior to use, then embarrassingly was asked to pay again - hotel should have a better policy to stop this happening. Also I was hit on the head by a metal pole, when staff were trying to add a sun screen to the roof. The man actually giggled when it happened, didn’t check if I was okay & never offered an accident form. All inclusive drinks package generally good with a small selection of cocktails. Male bar staff on main indoor bar a bit rude though, trying to get you to pay for branded drinks - we just smiled & got on with it. Main gripe was there was lots of smokers in hotel & staff didn’t enforce non smoking areas in outside eating sections. Eating & smelling smoke not enjoyable.

On October 29, 2026, at 4 PM I was physically attacked and robbed in front of this hotel. When got back on my feet and saw that my Rolex watch had been stolen, I entered the hotel and told the desk clerk, an overweight Spanish woman, that I had just been attacked and robbed. She handed me a map and marked the location of the police station on it. The station was approximately one mile from the hotel. The Spanish policeman who later filled out the report said that I should I have asked the hotel to call 090 which is the telephone number for all police in Spain and police would have come at once to the hotel. After I left the police station I returned to the hotel and asked the same woman why she had not told me, obviously a non-Spaniard, about the 090 number. She became incensed and sarcastically said, " I gave you a free map to show you the police station and you didn't even thank me for it.'" I returned the map and said thank you.

Hotel was big let down swimming pool down stairs all the tiles where damage at the end of the pool rooftop top pool not clean it put me off down into the spa.. old bar man down stairs not friendly cleanliness very good cleaning staff work very hard to keep hotel clean cleaning women on the top 4 floor very good English and very nice.. rooms of hotel very noisy should be soundpoof you here everything goin on the room next to you could not get sleep young women down stairs in repeptionist very nice and welcoming would not give this hotel 4-star

Hotel and rooms very clean. It's a bit remote. Not many bars around Food average No customer service No staff interaction most of bar/waiters unfriendly and hostile Bar staff charge 1.8€ for 3 Ice cubes to take to room Would not stay here again

Great location (airport transfer took less than half an hour). The hotel is on a main road so the non seaview rooms can be a bit noisy The plus side of the location is that there is a proper supermarket next door and half a dozen bars within 5 minutes walk. The promenade along the seafront is also 5 mins walk. It’s worth mentioning that although there are a lot of steps from the promenade to the beach there are also two lifts. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies on reception who really do go the extra mile. The rooms are a good size and are kept spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The food won’t win any Michelin stars but it is ok. Having said that breakfast is great ranging from fruit and cereal up to a full English and they have the all important omelette station Entertainment is variable. We saw a couple of great act and, unfortunately a couple of awful ones (if you see a Michael Jackson tribute on the programme go and hide) All in all a good hotel and in answer to the key question: Yes, we would go back
