Bull Escorial & Spa

This was our fourth and last trip to the Bull Escorial & Spar The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful the room was nice and kept nice and clean there are a couple of things that we didn’t like is that 95% Are Germans and as usual they have their towels on the sun beds by 7.30am so I thought I could out wit them and got out early and put our towels on the sun bed but we had a notice put on ours saying you must not puts towel on the sun bed. Most of the entertainment is for them as well and last of all the food in the cafeteria is the same.

Only found this gem of a hotel last year and very easy to see why so many people return year after year. The location is perfect with the bus stop at the front of hotel and bus station 2 minute walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants and beach all very close also so perfect for getting around. The hotel has a well equipped gym and wellness centre which is so peaceful and beautiful, steam room, salt pool, jacuzzi, tranquil chill room etc and just takes you & revitalises your soul ..many thanks to carmen. The rooms are a decent size with fridge, good air con and balcony.The food is ok for an all inclusive plenty to choose from but felt sometimes had been left heated for too long and dried out. We ate mostly at the new snack bar where food cooked to order and always tasty, pizza's, steaks, burgers,toasties, chips etc all perfectly cooked and served with a smile from katie?( Wolf tattoo girl). Exceptional customer service

Wow what a place. !! Room was Spot on facilities fantastic food was great. Staff were great stayed in the area before but this will definitely be our place to stay when we next come over Special mention to the staff especially the bar staff and Olga and the animation team Got us involved when normally we wouldn't. Bother get involved in stuff

Here now for 11 nights. Solo holiday. Feel comfortable and safe. My 4th visit to this hotel and it does not disappoint. Room is spacious and clean, free air con. You have to pay for the safe. I couldn't open the safe, went to reception to report. Made my way back to the room and the maintenance man was there waiting for me. Now that's what I call good service. Food is lovely, well presented and good variety. Drinks are good too and I good prices. Large Tia Maria and coke 4 euros...end my evening with a delicious hot chocolate topped with cream 1.5 euro.....and delicious. Entertainment good so far. Good surroundings, plenty of sunbeds. Has a laundry room on floor 2. Total of 7 euros to wash and dry a large load, including detergent..takes about 1 hour. If, like me you like to have a coffee in your room then bring a kettle as not supplied. Large fridge in room though. Great place and worth a visit
