Hotel LIVVO Anamar Suites

Another fabulous return stay at Hotel LIVVO Anamar Suites. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and welcoming greeting from the reception staff, who once again ensured that our room requests were fulfilled. The hotel has a gorgeous scent throughout, and every area is spotlessly clean. Our modern suite was excellent, featuring a huge, sunny balcony that was a real highlight of our stay. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the beach, the Maspalomas Dunes, and a wide choice of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. The lovely outdoor pool area and two relaxing jacuzzis provide an ideal setting to unwind. Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the friendly service to the beautiful surroundings. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Ill start with the positives, the location is fantastic, the room was very modern and well equipped, the decor throughout the hotel was lovely and immaculate. Food from the lunch menu was really good value for money. Check in was smooth and the lady on reception was very helpful. Now for the negatives, the pool area was very quiet in the day and felt slightly uncomfortable. The pool attendant/lifeguard was way over the top and made the experience awkward as if you did anything wrong he was abrupt and made a show in front of everyone. When there were children in the pool he followed then round like a hawk which was very uncomfortable to watch despite there parents being on hand. The bar staff could be very rude and would ignore you when waiting for drinks, on one occasion when we asked for a drink they told us the bar was closed despite the hours being advertised as open. We checked with reception and it was open. You were made to feel like an inconvenience for a paying service. Such a shame about the pool ambience and bar staff as i would of definitely come back but based on this experience i will look elsewhere when i visit next year.

Greeted by a lovely receptionist, room was modern no toaster but you can get one from reception so that was fine. Room was quaint and comfortable. Hotel is modern and lovely and kept clean. Pool area is very small but quiet, personally i think a bit of light music would be nice as no atmosphere. The pool attendant is a bit over the top and made us feel uncomfortable. Watches u like a hawk … Bar staff were not very friendly and ignored us a the bar multiple times and carried on talking to colleagues as if we were invisible. Lunch time snacks were very nice and good value. Overall i wouldn’t go back due to the staff as not welcoming and it felt like they didn’t want to be nice. Location is brilliant close to shops and beaches and restaurants.

We stayed the apartment and the storage is limited. Very disappointed no toaster and the cups are tiny. The pool and decking area is very small and counted about 30 places which means loungers are at a premium. Staff are very friendly and the clever idea of paying you €2 each day the room isn’t cleaned is very clever. Our balcony was very small and the exterior a/c unit took up a lot of room although the air con was a fantastic plus. I don’t think it is a 4 star personally but more a 3 however it has great potential if some money was invested.

The hotel is quite nice but the food and the staff are not. The staff is not polite, they don’t smile and when you ask for something it annoys them. The customer service is zéro ! Just like the food we only had breakfast as dinner is just horrible. No choice cheap food ! If I have to say something to the management I’ll say tell your staff to be nice to the guess.
