Relaxia Beverly Park

Had a lovely holiday but the cons are No tea/coffee facilities in the room and no fridge which lets the hotel down, rooms are basic and dated but clean. The food was very good with lots of choice. Check out is 12 noon when they take your wristband off you, therefore, you cannot get drinks from the bar. They will give you a lunch voucher but this had to be requested at check out. I feel the all inclusive should be honored until you leave the hotel as it is with other hotels we have stayed at. Especially when you dont check in until 10.30pm. Overall, a nice holiday but room for improvement.

Excellent location, excellent and varied food, cleanliness both in the rooms and on the hotel grounds, professional service at the reception, regardless of how busy it is and regardless of the time of day. I would like better internet in the rooms (it often lags), especially when everything is included — it spoils the mood. Also, the music selection in the area around the outdoor bar is very monotonous; it used to be better — I can compare, as this is my fourth time staying at this hotel.

Ticked all the boxes, 5 star . The food , room , pools was excellent & the staff were so nice and helpful Will be back 😎

We have a very great time in this hotel in family. Good quality and service. I hope to see you noon.

Rude staff and double standards for loyal guests Our second consecutive year here, but we won't return. On departure day, since we couldn't attend lunch included in our All-Inclusive package, each of us prepared a toast at breakfast to take away. The restaurant manager reprimanded us extremely rudely and ridiculed us with sarcastic comments in front of other guests. This behavior is unacceptable and unfair, as we previously witnessed other tourists doing the exact same thing without ever being reprimanded. Completely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
