Revoli Playa Apartments

Just back from a week at Revoli Gran Canaria and honestly, I’d happily come back. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely and the location was ideal for us. It’s close to the shopping centre, restaurants and everything you need, but still felt like a nice place to relax. The pool area was great, and having a balcony and kitchenette in the room was a real bonus. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff for room 507 — they were absolutely brilliant. The room was always kept clean, towels were changed regularly and they were so friendly. They deserve a lot of credit for the work they do. There were a few little things that could be improved, like the air conditioning not being as powerful as we expected and the pool closing a bit earlier than we’d have liked, but these didn’t take away from what was a really enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back to Revoli. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday a good one!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel and staff was perfectly service minded and gladly helped us with everything we requested/needed. They even did us an extra effort in giving us a room we really wanted. Air condition worked perfectly and the beds was nice and comfy. The rooms and balconys are very spacious. Only "draw back" is the breakfast buffet. It is not bad, but it could be better. The pool is big and well mantained. Heated with perfect temperature. Parking your car in the streets are free and we had for the most times no problem finding a parkingspot close to the hotel. Beach, "city centre" with restaurants and shops and medical clinics are in short walking distance. 5-10 minutes walk. Would stay here again

Great hotel ..staff excellent..check in was nice and quick ..if one doesn't have great mobility get a taxi up and down the hill otherwise you'll be fit when you get home🤣..food nice from pool bar ..upgraded to half board for 3 nights € 85 each ..wasn't keen on the food so wouldn't do it again as plenty of restaurants 15 min walk away ..at the bottom of the hill there is a big park for the little ones to burn energy off beach isn't that far either ..there is a shop on site and one a few mins walk outside the hotel ..i never go to the same place twice but if I did I'd stay there again ..

Excellent, fully intend on going back , perfect for families , our 7 and 11 year old loved it . Entertainment in the day was fantastic, staff super friendly. Location was great , bit of a hill to walk up though . Rooms perfect we all slept well for the whole 10 nights . We were self catering so only ate round the pool bar which was very good, cant comment on the restaurant as we didnt use it. Value for money , 10/10 . And I loved that they removed towels when people went down early then went back to there room s . Very clean

Brilliant hotel. Went as a family of 7 with 3 rooms booked. 2 partial sea view 1 pool. We had room 703 which had amazing views. We loved everything about the hotel, the rooms were great. Clean, comfortable and had some English TV channels which is handy when you want some time out of the sun to cool off. The hotel facilities were very good, staff all very helpful in all areas. In reception, the pool bar staff and cleaning staff all very friendly. The entertainment guy was also very good at his job. Also needed one of the lifeguards to help my son as he cut the bottom of his toes on the pool on one of the first days when playing in the shallow end of the pool with his pool ball (the only very slight negative would be that parts of the pool floor are very rough on your feet/tiles missing) but wearing pool shoes after this incident helped. Also have nothing but praise for the pool snack menu, every week tried was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we're already thinking about booking up for my 40th next year for the same 2 weeks. I have seen a few mention issues getting sun beds. Over the whole 2 weeks we had no issues getting at least 5 beds together no matter what time we went down.
