Apartamentos LIVVO Las Gaviotas

Second time at gaviotas apartments and wont be the last. Absolutely love it here so peaceful and chilled. Apartments very clean and surrounded areas beautiful. The pool was lovely. Can't fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and cleaners do an exellent job nothing is to much trouble Love this place. Can't wait to go back. Weather was amazing and the beach a stone throw away. Lovely holiday. The only issue was the sunbeds need updating around block 4 not a major issue.

Just got back from a one week stay in block 8 bungalow 25 and I can honestly say everything was fantastic from checking in at reception the bungalow itself and the friendly staff. The bungalow itself was clean, spacious and everything you needed. It was roughly 10 mind walk to the bars and restaurants. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds only downfall was the pool bar didn't open till roughly 1pm then closed around 4pm but all in all lovely holiday had would definitely return.

Have stayed in this area many many times over last 14 years and stayed in 2 other hotel/appartment and i am so very glad we gave this little gem a try. Stayed for 3 weeks with my daughter and we could of happily stayed 3 more. Can not fault this place one bit. Staff all lovely. Very clean No sunbed wars Felt safe Rooms big lovely private area to each one Defo recommend.

Just spent 2nd -15th September and this lovely complex, and stayed in Block 2, no.16. Had ant infestation when arrived , but was quickly dealt with. Also couldnt contact reception on the morning I left, as needed help with cases, but overall had a lovely holiday. The Bungalow I was in had pool view, and was lovely, but the terrace offered no shade atall which was usually fine but due to Calimas the weather was exeptionally hot on a few days. Cleaning lady was amazing, room kept to high standard, and cannot wait to return next year. Also can highly recommend Hong Kong Island in the commercial center for Chinese food.

Just back from another excellent stay at Las Gaviotas. We stayed in block 2 which is right next to the commercial centre with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Even though we were right next to the CC it’s wasn’t noisy. Less than a minutes walk to the beach. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned daily and the area was also clean and tidy. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool bar is really nice and is great for breakfast and snacks during the day.
