This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed with my children in my life would not recommend it , the food for all inclusive is shocking we had cold cheap hot dogs in the day and just chips , dinner time was vile same old stuff my daughter also had cockroaches in her salad i have come home n bin I’ll in doctors with stomach pains n on antibiotics entertainment rubbish and only one drink at a time have to keep hold of plastic cups as kids do loose stuff this caused problems had to keep goin to reception , air con didn’t work in all 3 of our rooms and my window blew open at night from the wind so there not secure no security thete just by all places by Whattt you pay you are bein ripped off should be shut down

The Complex, Pool and rooms were faultless. We had a few issues. The evening entertainment was fine, the problem we encountered was the Air Conditioning in the Stage Area, Bar & Restaurant, was unbearably HOT, most people were sweating profusely to the point we had to leave. But then there is no outside seating area after 18:30 & you are not allowed to take the chairs outside to be at a comfortable temperature, to the point you get shouted at abruptly by 'the chair man' who was unpleasant to most guests. Similarly you can't eat in the restaurant it's so hot, especially in the evening. We went all inclusive but ended up eating and drinking out most nights, or whether that is the plan to save costs? Would not stay here again.

been honly good thing is the air condiation ere many times before ,but this was the worst time , seems to me alot of new staff and who thought of the tokens system for drinks , the food was average ,not many choices and all the same every day ,staff semmed misable , you had to pay 20 eureos for air conditioning control ,which you did get back when you checked out .

The food here is absolutely disgusting hot dogs and burgers chips everyday for afternoon snack food freezing it’s not hot at all and also the burgers are dry as carpet for what we have paid all inclusive this is just not acceptable we have been eating out would not feed my dog this food glad to go home 😡😡😡😡

We arrived at the Livvo Morromar as a party of 12 family members. Ages were from 12 to 68. The check in was awful, the guy was miserable and took ages to check us in and gave no info to us. We were tired and arrived very late and struggled to find our rooms in the dark. You have to leave a 20 euro deposit for the air con and as we didnt take cash we had to walk to the local shopping centre to get the cash to get the air con working in our room. Why this couldn't be done on card I have no idea. When we got to our studio room the patio door had to be slammed to close it, the laminate floor was lifting, the cupboards were falling apart and the shower was useless. If you put the shower on it completely flooded the apartment due to the angle of the shower head holder which couldn't be adjusted. You had to hold the shower head in your hand and wash yourself with the other hand! The food was boring. Nothing made us ill and we always found something to get by on but the meat choices were cheap quality pork and overcooked white fish and almost all of it was hidden under a sauce so you couldn't see how rubbish it was. Breakfast was also cheap and over cooked and not many options for cereals and non cooked items. No bagels and the only eggs they had were boiled or fried, no options for poached eggs or omelettes. The drinks were a joke.. despite having all inclusive bands we had to give in tokens to exchange for 2 child sized cups which you had to return to get more drinks. If you wanted to get yourself and members of your party a drink you had to go back multiple times as they will only serve you 2 drinks at a time. Not ideal when you have multiple children and those with walking difficulties with you. The queue for drinks at the pool bar was always ridiculous and the floor was a danger zone. I nearly fell over several times. There are 2 pools and one of them has no access to a toilet or bar which was rubbish. There is only 1 buffet restaurant which has no air conditioning working. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit and eat a meal at and had a school canteen feel to it. Unfortunately the evening entertainment room and bar was even worse, absolutely boiling and uncomfortable plastic chairs. No air con in any public areas at all and no public seating anywhere outside which was weird. The entertainment was pretty awful and the shop on site is insanely expensive. We had fun as a family and it is a 3 star hotel so you cant expect luxury but the place is tired, in need of a refurb and needs better food and drink options.
