Barcelo Lanzarote Royal Level

Another great visit to hotel. Friendly staff with great service. Clean hotel with very relaxed atmosphere.

Everything we needed and more! Very friendly place would definitely return! Little further away from the town but if you don’t mind a walk or a short bus trip it was very easy to get into. Hotel had everything you would need. Overall a lovely stay

Second time we visited a Barcelo-hotel and once again we were very impressed with everything. The food is great and if 'Royal Level' is available, I would always go for that! Also the gym was a great plus, such as the staff. Everyone always had a kind word; from the waiters to the cleaning ladies.

Not worth the money to stay in Royal level, not really any extra benefits, you have to queue for sun beds, pool area not open till 9am and it’s not particularly clean. Food is buffet style and doesn’t keep temperature and not much choice. Best bit royal level rooms are very spacious but again had to ask for water replacement 2 nights in a row and could do with a deep clean. Looking tired. Entertainment at night isn’t that good but entertainment in the day is better. On check in no welcome drinks offered, had to take our own bags to our room. Needs more staff on check in and check out especially at check out times 12 had to wait 30 minutes. On day of departure you are told you can keep your room if it’s free but it will be €20 per hour and if it’s not free you can shower in the general toilets not ideal!! Overall it wouldn’t be my choice to stay there again!! Especially if your looking for somewhere that has an exclusive area.

Relaxed atmosphere about the resort. Food was good, staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed.
