Dream Bocayna Village

My brother isn't very mobile so I requested a bungalow close to the reception, bar,restaurant. Our bungalow was literally a few minutes walk away from everything. It was clean, extremely comfortable, a home from home. The garden was beautiful. We couldn't have wished for any better. The staff are amazing, extremely hard working and friendly at all times. Sandra, who was on reception duty on our last day went beyond duty. I forgot to check about airport assistance for my brother on the return journey & Sandra didn't rest until she had sorted everything out for us. A big thank you to her... the icing on the cake, so to speak, was that the staff made my brother's 85th birthday special. They surprised us with cake & the whole restaurant staff singing to him. He thought I'd arranged it but I hadn't. Although not in Playa Blanca itself, it's only a short taxi ride away, which are very reasonable. And the 30 bus stops about 5 mins away from Bocayna. All in all, we had such a lovely, relaxing time. In a great location with extremely good accommodation. I highly recommend it

My second visit and it did not disappoint at all! A lovely warm welcome and beautiful sunshine (a bit different to when I arrived in March!). My bungalow (17) was ready even though I arrived early, it was clean and fresh, and I immediately went out on the terrace which is one of the best aspects of these bungalows. Lovely and spacious, and private. I was remembered by the restaurant staff which was lovely, they all work so hard and make everyone feel welcome and looked after. The food was delicious as was the wine. The pool bar has everything that you could possibly want, and you are always greeted with a smile and a chat. I love this resort, and will definitely be going back again next year!

2nd and not last visit to this little gem of a place! Nicole on reception is amazing so helpful and resolved our issue right away. All the reception staff are so helpful even when working in 30 degree plus inside temps! Please management get them air con lol I almost don’t want to tell anyone about the place to keep it secret haha the best accommodation and large terrace! Freindly waiters and cooks the food is rather nice I have to say I’m never disappointed big shout out to the chefs those à la carte meals are superb

What an amazing holiday! We had a 2 bed deluxe bungalow, with large private terrace. All inclusive- The food was fantastic. Buffet breakfast and lunch . For dinner you could pick from the À la carte menu ( choice of 2 meat / 2 fish / 1 veggie) and / or the buffet. There was also the pool bar from which you could order chips / burger / hot dog. The staff worked non stop, so friendly, polite and helpful. On our last night the barman made our girls special mocktails which he carved a swan from an apple to go on top! The views were lovely- looking out to Fuerteventura and sunrise behind the mountains. The pool area was clean , tidy and so quiet. Always sun lounger available. There is no evening entertainment- however (partly why I chose this !) the bar plays music and has a pool table, there is lots of comfortable seats and nice relaxed feeling for families to play games / chat . Definitely worth a visit and would recommend! Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable

Recently come back from Dream Bocayna Village, lanzarote. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. All areas were clean and tidy. We stayed in a Deluxe Bungalow and upon arrival had a little welcome pack which included cakes and water whish was a nice touch. Breakfast was great and had a good variety of options from a cooked breakfast to pastries. Although located away from the main area of Playa Blanca, it was a nice 30min walk along the seafront to the Rubicon Marina. Reception staff were helpful with arranging taxis, which arrived quickly and only cost around 5 euros. If you were looking for somewhere closer, there is a small shopping centre which had a Hyperdino, cafes and a few restaurants which was about a 5 minute walk away. Overall, highly recommend this resort.
