Hotel Cinco Plazas

We booked 2 bedroom apartment. Requested a upper level which we got Very good size rooms and good size balcony. Free air-conditioning which was in both bedrooms and living area.More children than I expected. Sunbeds unchained at 9.00 am but if you were there just before 9.00 always got one . Good position short walk down to the beach and bars restaurants and shops . Reception staff nice one man particular smiley and friendly unfortunately don't know his name. Cleaning staff good.only had one cockroach all holiday in apartment.Would come again.

Enjoyed our stay perfect location although we are in our seventies didn't find the hill to be a problem. Lovely apartment kept clean and regular change of towels. We liked it very much and have booked to return. One criticism and management must be aware as I see same reviews often plenty of sun beds but not brollies a lot broken and not replaced this situation needs to be addressed!!!!

Lovely apartments family friendly

Arrived 11.30am to be told cant check in yet as room was not available fair enough We went back at 1.30pm to check as instructed to be told come back at 3pm as our room was still not ready, we were still ok about this as we knew it may happen. We went and sat by the upper pool for an hour and a half just outside a couple of random apartment blocks. We went back as instructed at 3pm & were given our keys. To my amazement & anger we were given the keys to the apartment we had just sat outside in the blazing sun (No parasols available) for an hour and a half & no one in that time had gone in or out of it.. !!! So it had been ready from 1.30pm all along. We were blatantly LIED to by the disinterested man on reception. We were not too happy.. The TUI Rep & receptionist were just not interested in my polite complaint. Funnily enough we went in & out of the reception probably 20/30 times on our holiday & we got ZERO hellos or smiles from any of the receptionist on duty ...All that along with the way too loud music from the lower pool and the lack of Parasols available (unless you kept one in your room) has put us off coming back to this once great hotel. If you like a loud family holiday with no shade for the kids this hotel is for you. For older couples its a definite no go in my opinion.
