The adults infinity pool and area on the second floor was the saving grace of this hotel for us. Sunbeds available at anytime during the day. I agree with other reviews regarding the smoking I think there should be a specific area rather than allowing smoking at the sunbeds. We were worried about the noise as we did not realise how close it was to Veronica’s, purely our fault for not checking but thankfully we were given a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet we did not hear anything once the doors were closed. The area around there is grim and in my opinion of going to Tenerife for many years has got worse and dirtier. We were half board and the food was okay. It was mediocre, we did manage to find something but it wasn’t great. We mainly stuck to simple staples of toast in the morning and salad for evening meals. I also agree with other reviews about the staff in the restaurant they were not very welcoming and made it feel like a chore to even get you a drink. On the other hand the reception staff were lovely. The air conditioning in the rooms is basically non existent we had the card in the electric fully for the 5 days we were there and it was boiling sometimes to the point it made you feel sick and uncomfortable. The room was very basic but did suffice for the amount of time we spent in there which we kept to a minimum as I dreaded going into the heat. Even after a shower within minutes you felt like you needed another one. For all the negative reasons I would not stay at this hotel again as they did outweigh the positives for us.

First time staying at this hotel. Great location, allocated a comfort room on the second floor overlooking another hotel. Room was a decent size with a huge balcony. Bed was comfy. Shower was huge but power was rubbish, also the temperature was either cold or boiling, no happy medium so be careful. Had issues with the patio door locking.. it doesn’t even after them coming to fix it.We prefer self catering but they don’t do that so we went B&B. Food was fine, enough to fill you up, drinks clearly watered down. To get any food and drink you have you give them your room card. Wasn’t keen on the main pool, too loud, preferred the adult only infinity pool at the back. My main issue is smokers, sort it out and have an allocated area, absolutely nothing worse than having cigarette smoke blown on you. As we had a late flight we asked for a late check out. No, shower in the spa. These showers need a bloody good clean, hairs everywhere and sanitary bins overflowing. Would we stay here again, yes.

I went on holiday September 2026 at hotel Troya, on arrival we was allocated to a room 627 and it was best if in cockroaches and crickets we was then placed in a upper room 524 that was positive with cockroaches and crickets. We then went to room 527 that was festive with cockroaches and then finally I had enough I told them I want to move hotels they upgraded me to a. Suit, which I was happy about though my partner left her trainers in room 5 to 4 went to the reception around dinner time the following day asked about the trainers and the hotel Manager said that the cleaner hasn’t seen them so please be aware. That the cleaners are thieves the hotel staff does not want to know if you have any problems. They are just happy enough to take your money. My advice is avoid this hotel at all. Cost look at the videos that I’ve posted posted, i’ve just tried to upload a video. It wouldn’t allow me so I’ve got pictures. This hotel is festive with cockroaches and stuff are diabolical.

Couples holiday. We were given a family room on arrival which was at the back of hotel overlooking another hotel. No view.. but we appreciated how quiet it was considering all the reviews about noise. We never heard any noise. We were just bed and breakfast which was lovely, lots of choice. Staff very friendly in restaurant and bar. The location is 10/10 right between Costa Adeje and Playa de las americas. Beach right across the street was fabulous. We would go back for location, although we do prefer self catering.

For a 4 star hotel, I really cannot fault this hotel. The food was lovely - they provide wide range of options for each mealtime. Despite having a wide range of food available, they still managed to ensure the food was flavourful and enjoyable. We went half board and they let us pick between lunch and dinner daily which was great. The location is extremely convenient as it’s right on the beachfront - does mean it’s noisy at night though. With the balcony doors shut, most of the noise was blocked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Really lovely hotel overall, very clean and the atmosphere is relaxed. Would definitely recommend. We’ve had a few stays in the area and this is by far the best.
