Appartements Parque del Sol

This is our second time staying in Parque del Sol. Rooms immaculately cleaned everyday bar a Friday. Breakfast very good loads of choice, buffet style omelettes made to order. Great location, staff very friendly. Well equipped gym Only negative is the no air conditioning

Very disappointed as extremely hot and no air conditioning, arrived late at night got handed a map to find our apartment, really dark walked round, went back to reception and very rude receptionist told us no one available to assist us , eventually another pair of guests who were familiar with place helped us to find room , food was also very poor , will never go back to this place . Very disappointed

Was really happy with our stay,we had a 2 bedroom apartment, no complaints at all,the food was the best 3 star food we have ever had ,smaller options but good quality, never had one meal out on a night in 10 days,was just no need,hotel is situated perfectly, my only complaint would be the temperature in the evening at dinner (unbearable) honestly spoilt our meal as you have to rush to get out.

On the Monday we arrived there were cockroaches in room as maid left door open and the room was stifling hot , dint sleep at all Next day ordered a air con bit that wasn’t feasible as needed door open So got fans paid £25 each I’ve never stopped in a place with no air con it was so hot , cooler outside tbh Avin to pay for fan and safe is not gd The hotel is lovely and food nice had nice hols Except that Nice bars and places to visit

The buffet food is disgusting, and the watering staff rude.NEVER EAT HERE,
