Best Tenerife

We visited again this week, after holidaying here in Oct 2024. It’s everything you could want for a family holiday and makes it easier for parents to relax with the layout of the hotel. You can sit on your sunbed in front of both pools, with the kids club over one shoulder and the bar/food over the other. The animation staff were excellent (special shoutout to Margot- who had my daughter’s heart all week) they were so energetic, funny and entertaining. The staff across this hotel are amazing, from reception to the restaurant and the cleaners. You really feel taken care of. We’ll definitely be back again for another super holiday

Brilliant location, took my mum in her wheelchair and the area is flat, very easy walking distances to all the shops and cafes. The Hotel staff were super, and were very helpful. The rooms in the hotel are getting dated and the food is not the best. If like salads and shellfish and lots of pork ...... We paid to upgrade to a senator room giving us access to the roof if you do this be aware there are 2 flights of stairs you need to climb, we used it twice until mum slipped on the top step and nearly went flying. (my mum is 89) and I never once saw information on the stairs.. Beds were available up there all day. All public areas are nice and clean more attention could have been paid to the bedrooms. After the hotel entertainment finished around 11pm the hotel was lovely and quiet, Lovely pool area, good for families but be aware that people start saving sun beds around 8.30am so no beds available after breakfast. Overall we had a good time at the hotel but it does need some rooms updating.

Great hotel and a great location. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Good atmosphere with people joining in the activities. Rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. Free safe use you just need to use card provided to set a pass number. Great value for money. Good selection of food and drink, with themed nights. The only down side is the food can do with being hotter most is just warm. If you do get a chance the stir fry is amazing made to order you choose what goes in to it and what sauce you want. In my opinion the best selection. You do get kids running in the corridors but that most hotels but other noise levels are OK. Staff are always available and helpful from reception to bar staff and waiters. Not to forget the great team who look after the pool are who wash it all down and get it ready for all the guests daily. Would recommend this hotel your in control of you holiday here.

We went to the Hotel Best Tenerife in September and had a fantastic experience! The people who work at the Hotel, from the room maids to the restaurant and reception staff are so friendly and helpful!. The Hotel is superbly located, around a 5 minute walk to the main street and the beach, but there is a supermarket just over the road with everything you need. The Hotel is absolutely spotless and is constantly being cleaned and the rooms are spacious and kept clean everyday too. The food was good with a nice choice everyday (we went half-board but could get snacks from the Pool Bar). There was plenty of sunbeds everyday too. There is a lovely "laid-back" atmosphere at the hotel, very relaxing, but plenty to do with entertainment on an evening. We are definitely coming back next year and can't wait to do so!

We went for a week and have to say got the perfect experience. We have stayed at many all inclusive hotels all over the world and would say this is one of our favourites. Food was brilliant for all meals pool bar food was superb the variation was plentiful and never had to queue for a table. The staff from check in to cleaners entertains and all bar staff were exemplary and we felt thoroughly spoilt throughout. Have spent much more and received much less and would gladly stay again. Thank you all for an amazing stay.
