Great location for the shops, bars, clubbing strip and beach. The hotel is located and a road with other hotels with a small supermarket next door. Main bus stop out the front to key attractions like loro and Siam park with taxis easily available from reception. The hotel has a family friendly atmosphere with the entertainment crew being top notch. The main hotel bar had a pioano being played in the evening which was a good start to the evening before dinner. Rooms are of good size, we had no issues with ours , they are clean tidy and functional, some may say slight out dated but this does not impact things. We went during October half-term and found the all inclusive to be good value for this 4 star hotel. The food is typical of what you would find on an all inclusive l with themed nights and some fresh food cooked to order. Evening entertainment runs till 11 and the crew are compassionate to ensure it does finish to enable others to sleep, the windows do a good job of blocking out the noise, we had a pool side room and although you can slightly hear the noise it's not loud enough to be disruptive. Pool is great, with one part shallow for the smaller folk and then a deeper side (where inflatables are NOT permitted). We didn't upgrade to premium but found adequate drinks available including slushies and icecreams. We tend to try different hotels when go back somewhere, this was our 2nd family trip to Tenerife - We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
Overall i think this hotel was really good. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool area was really busy but everywhere was well maintained, the food was good there was a lot of choice. The only things that were negative was that the reception area was dated and the seats were worn and tatty. I would stay here again.
Best Tenerife Hotel , great hotel lovely staff I’ve be here many times it improves every time .
We spent a week late October in the hotel with 5 y.o. and 2 months kids. Our older son couldn't wait to dance at 8pm mini-disco for kids. We enjoyed playing with a ball in the pools and even visit the gym together. Halloween party is a very special: wonderful food plates and evening trick ans treat! The hotel is very friendly for families with kids. The thing to improve for the hotel is transparent glass bathroom door with no lock. This thing was very confusing for the whole stay. Special thanks to the animation team! The developed a super cool Halloween decorations and played a lot with all the kids at once and one by one. The played with my son a lot and even had a dinner with him! This team is probably the greatest value of the hotel.
Very disappointing – certainly not a 4-star hotel We have stayed at this hotel previously, and the main reason for choosing to return was its location. It is ideally situated for access to Las Americas, Safari Centre and the buses to Siam Mall, Siam Park and the surrounding areas. Unfortunately, that is probably the only real positive I can take away from this stay. On our previous visit, three years ago, we stayed in one of the lower-floor spa-level family rooms. Although we are only a family of three, these rooms sleep up to six, so there is plenty of space. However, even back then, I remember the rooms being damp and looking quite worn. Sadly, rather than improving, the condition of the rooms has deteriorated even further. We were practically allocated the exact same room as our previous visit (S2) After arriving late at night and unpacking, ready to go to bed, we were suddenly faced with water pouring through the bathroom ceiling. We were offered an alternative room (S7), but quite honestly, it was just as bad, if not worse. The room absolutely stank of dirty toilets, and I have never seen the walls in a supposedly 4-star hotel room in such a dreadful state of repair. Needless to say, we refused to move and eventually the leak in our original room was repaired. Unfortunately, S2 came with its own problems. The noise was absolutely ridiculous. Every morning we could hear water running through the walls, followed by extremely loud banging noises. It was enough to disturb us regularly and certainly not what you expect when paying to stay in a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Although the rooms were attended to daily, this seemed to consist of making the beds and replacing towels. The floor was filthy, and our bed sheets were not changed once during the entire stay. There was also no obvious option to request fresh sheets. The pool area is equally in need of attention, with missing tiles and grubby, dirty-looking edges around the pool. Overall, the hotel feels tired, dated and poorly maintained. It is certainly not up to the standard you would expect from a 4-star establishment. Breakfast was very average, with the hot food barely lukewarm. Nothing particularly special and certainly not something that would make us want to return. I would also question the photographs used on booking websites, as they certainly do not reflect the condition of the hotel we experienced. Either the photos are very old or have been heavily edited, because the reality is quite different. It’s disappointing because the location really is excellent, and we did enjoy spending time away with our family. However, a good location does not make up for poor room conditions, maintenance issues, cleanliness and a general lack of quality. We would not recommend this hotel and, despite having stayed here before, we certainly would not return. There are far better-maintained 4-star hotels in the same area, at similar prices, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere rather than being misled by the hotel’s advertised appearance and star rating..
