HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

We were looking for good location and some privacy since we were 5 families travelling together. For that reason we liked the bungalows much better than staying at a hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay, good atmosphere and very helpful staff. The bungalows were cleaned every day, very good work overall. The food was very good, good selection and the snack during the day was good, not the least for the kids. We can state that our expectation for the stay was fulfilled completely. The atmosphere was relaxing, staff was very helpful and nice. We got everything that we expected for the price we paid. The area was quiet and no ambient sounds or environmental noise around the area, easy to rest.

I had a really good holidays and I enjoy every single activities with the animation team , Dario Amelie Anna Sergio Erika are really funny and helpful with everything, I literally want to come back .

We have had a wonderful time thanks to the staff and the animation team. Special mentions are Robert and Juan from the bar staff that made us chuckle while they were working and we were made to feel very welcome and looked after us whenever they saw us. Yanira the lifeguard was extremely helpful for my disabled mum as she helped her in and out of the pool with the hoist and chatted and joked with her every time which really made my mums holiday as she was worried about being a burden for things like that. From the animation team Luca and especially Erika made us all feel involved with the games and very encouraging for people to give some of the activities a try to see if they may like them. Robin the TUI rep was there on arrival and saw that my mum's wheelchair was damaged at the airport and as we wheeled her over her other front wheel broke and he went out of his way to help organise a mobility scooter for her to rent for the whole holiday which was extremely helpful and very kind of him to be so thorough. The hotel is beautiful, accessible and has all the amenities that you will need. The villas are spacious, clean and are fully equipped. The food is delicious, and has a wide variety everyday. All the staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely family friendly hotel. In great location if you wish to go out and enjoy the local nightlife. Rooms are really spacious!
