HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

We had a really great time. The staff are very friendly. The entertainment team offers something for everyone. The food is varied, fresh, and good. We didn’t particularly care for the snack options, but they are available—and, of course, you don’t have to choose them. The swimming pools are excellent. Unfortunately, there is a "reserving sunbeds with towels" issue, which is a slight drawback. We visited during a quiet period, so it didn’t bother us, but during peak season, this could certainly be a source of frustration.

Stayed at parque christobel in tenerife, had an amazing time great hotel, amazing staff and acttiv entertainment team were absolutely fabulous, had the best time and will def6be back again 😄😄😄

Best Entertainment / Animatorteam in Tenerife 🤩 a special shoutout to Alina - she made the miniclub experience really wholesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect, short walk to beaches and lots of shops restaurants and bars directly outside. The accommodation itself was great, little bungalows, very spacious, cleaned daily, no noise, sunbeds and table and chairs outside your accommodation aswell. Staff keep areas clean and tidy. There was activities and kids club on, although repetitive, was good. The breakfast was great, the only disappointment was the kids expected to have chocolate spread and they didn’t have any, only chocolate sauce, which tasted more like a dessert sauce. For me lunch and dinner was a bit disappointing, often the same foods all the time. No kids section. So adults had to always get the kids their foods. And not a lot of choices. We got bored of choices after couple of days. There was one themed Chinese night which was good, but other than that foods were the same most days. Salad bar looked good, lots of choice. Desserts again were very repetitive. It would have been nice to see crepes and waffles for desserts. It would have been nice to have themes every night and at lunch have toasties or sandwiches. Kids area would have been good with beans and sausages, chicken nuggets, all staple kids foods. The snack bar wasn’t the best either, mostly same foods as restaurant and repetitive. We didn’t use this much. The food was good but with a few changes could have been better, I would have gave 5 stars in this case, but the food choices were too repetitive and we ended up eating out a few times. I would definitely recommend this place and come back, however I would opt for bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and the staff are very friendly and work extremely hard at keeping this place clean and tidy. Great holiday was had, so thank you.
