⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay… We’ll Definitely Be Back! What a fantastic place! We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The accommodation was superb. Everyone has their own bungalow, which makes for a brilliant setup. The whole complex is beautifully laid out, spotlessly clean and has a really relaxed atmosphere. The pool was excellent, and a special mention has to go to the lifeguards! Rather than being whistle-happy tyrants, they actually seemed happy to see people enjoying themselves. It made such a difference and created a brilliant atmosphere around the pool. The staff throughout were exceptional. From reception to the cleaners, bar staff and restaurant teams, everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. You really couldn’t ask for more. Everything was kept immaculate, the drinks were great, and the location was absolutely superb. It’s ideally situated for getting out and enjoying everything the area has to offer. If I had to find one negative, it would be the gym. Unfortunately, it was pretty poor, with only a couple of pieces of equipment. If having a proper gym is important to you, I’d suggest assuming there isn’t one. But that’s genuinely the only criticism I can come up with. Overall, an absolutely fantastic holiday in a brilliant resort with wonderful staff. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Amazing, very good service always

During my stay, a valuable personal item went missing from my hotel room. This was reported to both the police and hotel management, yet very little assistance was provided. After contacting the hotel for further information to help resolve the situation, I was told they were not required to provide me with anything. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete lack of concern for guests and their belongings. The way this situation has been handled has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone travelling with valuable belongings to think twice before booking this hotel. I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here again.

Food was always lukewarm to cold, undercooked chicken. Multiple dirty towels. Vegetables mixed with pork constantly . Reported stuff to the hotel reception and tui rep. Yet since I have been home and made tui aware. They are stating nothing was logged. Therefore, if you stay here and need to make complaints about anything please make sure they go into the system and actually log it. Coach arrived earlier, the phone rang and I answered it instead of carrying on out to leave. I said ok I’m on my way as I said where told 9am the lady said ok. I put the phone down. When putting the phone down I heard her speak again but it was too late. The coach driver turned around and said. Very nice talk in the phone. I have no idea what was said. But do they want me to stand there having a conversation on the phone or put the phone down when I said ok I’m coming now.! My children asking me why he spoke to me like that… Soft drinks taste cheap and not the original. Lifeguards like to leave the poolside where they are watching and walk to the other pool to chat to each other. Don’t go around barefoot. As class got smashed by a clean and she picked up the big pieces to bin then swept the rest over the edge. The green area by the bungalow. It’s just a standard hotel and can massively improve loads. Especially within the dining areas. To keep the food fresh and piping hot…

We had such a great holiday here! We were here for a total of 12 days, 2 families with young kids between the ages of 3 and 11, and everyone had such a great time! We were so surprised by the friendliness of all the staff, and how good they were with the kids of all ages! The service was excellent, and always with a huge smile on their faces. A big thanks to: The ladies from the reception: Alba, Clara, Sofia The guys from the animation team / kids club: Anna, Giulia, Alina, Erika, Sergio The guys from the restaurant/bar: Jorge, Juan, Ventura, Ainhoa, Marco Polo The ladies from the cleaning staff. Our life guard Yanira. And of course all the staff that I didn’t mention or forgot to mention. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable, and see you soon again hopefully! We will be back!!
