Very dated and uncleaned rooms, sun loungers locked up till 9-10am. Staff very nice

We had a lovely week in this hotel very central. Room was clean worth an upgrade to a premium room . Staff very friendly we went half board food was good plenty of choice.

The hotel is more like a 5 star than the 3 above the hotel the hotel staff are famous in every sense the hotel food is amazing the hotel pool is great we have been going to this hotel for years everybody has been really great the entertainment team go above and beyond every single day

Just back from a 7 night stay here, the room we were allocated itself was fine howver the previous guest must have been really heavy smokers as the room smelled of cigarette smoke, we told the reception straight away and we got offered another room straight away which was actually an upgrade, it was large, clean with amazing views , it was cleaned every day. The food was good with lots of variety , Im a vegetarian but still found plenty of options, the drinks were nice, best of all was the pool area which was spotless & the entertainment was great, the animation team ..Aldring, Tamara & Noel are the best, Aldring is particularly good with the kids , Locatiin is perfect too, See you next year

⭐ The Worst Hotel Experience – We’re Leaving After Just 2 Days We were originally due to stay at this hotel for 7 days, but after just one night, we were so upset and uncomfortable that we decided to cut our holiday short and leave after only 2 days. That alone should tell you how bad our experience has been. From the moment we arrived, the room was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, poorly maintained and nowhere near the standard we expected. To make matters even worse, there were massive bugs in the room, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and completely unable to relax. Nobody should have to spend their holiday worrying about bugs crawling around their room. The room itself was tiny, and there were also concerns about the ceiling fan, which appeared unsafe. We were paying for a holiday where we could relax and enjoy ourselves, but instead we were left feeling stressed, uncomfortable and disgusted. Things did not improve when we were moved to a second room, as this was also disappointing and failed to meet an acceptable standard. We should never have been put in a position where we had to move rooms in the first place, especially when the alternative was no better. The pool area was another letdown. The pool was tiny, and there were not enough sun loungers available, making it difficult to enjoy even the basic facilities you would expect from a holiday hotel. Overall, this experience completely ruined our holiday. We spent our time feeling uncomfortable and disappointed instead of being able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We had booked seven days away, but the conditions were so unacceptable that we felt we had no choice but to leave after just two days. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness issues, massive bugs in the room, poor maintenance, disappointing alternative room and inadequate facilities made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. A holiday is supposed to be something you look forward to, not something that leaves you wanting to go home almost as soon as you arrive. We feel completely let down and believe other travellers deserve to know what they may be walking into before spending their hard-earned money here.
