location is spot on, the golden mile there is everything you need. Atmosphere is relaxed in the hotel, if you like loud definitely go to the stripe. Plenty of pubs,local bars, clubs. beware of the local vendor men trying to sell you things every five minutes. definitely return to the hotel, only down fall is the rooms are dated and could do with a refurbishment . Not much entertainment.

Myself and my wife stayed in the Cleopatra from the 09th June until the 19th June Throughout our stay we were afforded an excellent service and a customer care second to none A special mention with regards to Victoria her colleagues at the hotel reception desk and the bell boys They all made or stay fantastic for our full duration of 10 days As a result of this we have booked to return in January 2027 which will be our 5th visit Kind regards John

I had a fantastic time in the hotel. When we arrived they upgraded us for free to rooms with a plunge pool on the balcony. Lovely touch offering drinks on arrival. All the staff were excellent. The pool bar staff added to my experience with their fun attitude and great service. Would recommend the hotel to my friends. 🙂

Had a mostly good time at this hotel. The location is brilliant, step out side the gates onto a beautiful sandy beach, and it is a short walk to plenty of shops and bars that cater for all tastes. The main niggle we had was people smoking on the balconies, and while it may be allowed in Spain, for us as non smokers it meant we couldn’t sit on our balcony or have the doors open as the smell was awful. We even had people smoking drugs but when we reported it to reception we were told it was from the road outside, even though there wasn’t anyone there and we saw the people on the balcony. We didn’t bother to report it after that as we felt brushed off so we just went back into our room when the smokers came out. The hotel, especially the rooms and bathrooms are in need of updating, but we were already aware of that and apparently that is planned for next year. Despite that, it was spotlessly clean and our room was serviced every day, with bedding and towels changed regularly. The poolside bar was lovely, all the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming, especially Mohammed, Johanna and Julio (the others were fab too, but I didn’t get their names). We didn’t have any issue getting sun beds, there seemed to be plenty no matter what time you got there. There was no charge for the use of the safe in the room or for pool towels, which is rare these days. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, food was hot and plentiful and David on the griddle made the most amazing crepes, omelettes, poached and/or fried eggs, always with a smile on his face no matter how busy it was. It was also lovely to have the accompaniment of a pianist on a grand piano every morning too. Check in and out was quick and easy, and we were able to store our suitcases in a secure area after checking out of our room. We were also able to use the Spa facilities to freshen up before leaving the hotel, which was a nice touch. Hopefully the ambience of old world glamour will be retained after the refurbishment, the huge glass chandeliers, marble staircases and floors give a feeling of grandeur and beauty, which we look forward to seeing when we return when the hotel is reopened.

Only my second time in Tenerife and i have to say the location of this hotel is perfect! Beach on your doorstep and choice of restaurants and cafe bars nearby. The staff were so welcoming and happy, always willing to help. Victoriya in guest relations assisted me on the first day to access my mobility scooter and was always on hand to advise on any queries. Professional and approachable as all reception staff were. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere was perfect for me. As a solo traveller i was well looked after and felt very much at home. A beautiful hotel which is very well maintained. It may be a little tired but the quality and cleanliness were second to none! I am now in love with Tenerife due to my experience at Cleopatra Palace. Thankyou everyone for your hard work! I will come again! I should also mention the bar staff and snack bar staff who had a professional yet friendly demeanour. They cater do well for guests.
