Cleopatra Palace

Huge hotel resort in the heart of las americas. Its striking and improving design makes it stand out from the neighbouring hotels, the theme runs throughout the building and grounds. The rooms range from basic to suites but you will enjoy the same facilities no matter the room you chose. On this occasion I opted for a top floor double, with balcony plunge pool. This is ideal if you’re wanting a more private holiday and will make the most of sunbathing on the terrace during the daytime and drinking / enjoying the views on the evening. I booked just a few weeks in advance which proved excellent value for money. There are plenty of staff around the hotel who can help with any questions or requests, all seemed very response and smiley. The hotel was thoroughly clean throughout - I can’t fault it. When in the room I couldn't hear any noice from outside. When on the balcony, there was some noice from neighbouring venues, but very much background noice, with no noice after 11pm. Breakfast was very good quality and with a wide ranging spread and plenty of tables I could always get a sunbed without having to reserve one - lots of areas free.

This hotel is great value for money! Very clean, delicious breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff. The decor and surroundings are traditional and classy! I have visited here 4 times now and will definitely be returning as I have never been disappointed and we always enjoy our stay so much that we don't want our holiday to end!

Cleopatra Palace in Tenerife Fantastic holiday! We were next to the beach and the lovely sea. The service was really good and a great breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The was no noise at all in our room, even when sat on the terrace. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Next to Hard Rock and perfect central location for the main strip. Could not have asked for more.

Just spent a fabulous 6 nights here and wish I could stay longer. Perfect hotel for a perfect holiday. Situated in a fabulous spot, close to all you could want in play de las America and Los Christianos. Hotel spotless, staff are wonderful and always happy. There's a good choice for everyone for breakfast and its not rushed. Pool lovely and beds always available. No entertainment but not needed because there is so much around the hotel. I would highly recommend this place to adults as there aren't facilities for young children and no inflatebable allowed in the pool but a lifeguard is always on duty. Would love to return.

We stayed at the Cleopatra Palace in December 2025 and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and accessible. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the housekeeping staff were always polite, friendly, and accommodating. The shower and bath had excellent water pressure and temperature, and there was a very spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage. The television was on the smaller side, but it had all the basic channels, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The balcony was one of our favourite features. It was spacious, received direct sunshine during the day, and the sunbeds warmed up nicely, I even managed to enjoy an afternoon nap in the sunshine. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel’s interior design is also stunning and is one of the first things that catches your eye when you arrive. The pool was a little cold, but considering we visited in December, that’s completely understandable and not something I’d hold against the hotel. The only aspect that didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the hotel was the breakfast. There was a reasonable selection, but overall it wasn’t as impressive as the accommodation and facilities. The location is excellent, with a supermarket directly opposite the hotel and plenty of lovely restaurants just a short walk away, making it very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, well-maintained hotel in a great location, Cleopatra Palace is a great choice.
