Domes Baobab Suites

Staying at the Domes Baobob Suites is absolutely Amazing with staff to match . Nothing is to much for the staff on reception who speak several different languages in a kind private professional manner . Loren ,Dina and David along with the other reception staff make a fantastic team and are an asset to the company. The domestic staff approach with privacy at all times leaving rooms clean and tidy . Jasmin is an incredible domestic lady along with all the other, hospitality businesses cannot work without cleaners . This is a beautifully hotel with stunning views all round , very clean, tidy and modern. Washing machine ,tumbler and fully equipped kitchens in every apartment. Clean towels and bed linen is replaced on request, just pop your towels in the basket provided in you your apartment. All very spacious with air conditioning throughout. Above all a great place to stay for singles, couples or family. Been here 3 times now and I will be revisiting soon 💐

Having stayed at the Baobab suites over the years I can honestly say the hotel and service is still exceptional. Every single staff member go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. From to check in to check out we all enjoyed every minute. The suites are amazing. Very large open spaces that are clean, modern and sophisticated. Everything you need is included, washing machine, microwave, every pot, plate, cup you could think of. The balconies are huge and view are amazing. Pool area is spotless and always beds available with good quality towels included. Location for us is spot on, 15 min walk to the restaurants and bars but far enough away for peace and relaxation. Breakfast is 100% lots of choice, cereals, breads, fruits, juices. The usual sausage, bacon beans etc. You can either go down for breakfast or have it delivered for a fee. I honestly can’t praise this place enough. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in many hotels and Renee but something just draws us back here.

What a fabulous find. We had a divinity bliss room and it had everything you could wish for. A washing machine meant no dirty laundry when home. A freezer which meant we could bulk buy food for evening when we wanted to cook and have ice cream too. Yes it is uphill but perfectly walkable down to town. Taxis back plentiful and between 5-6 euros. The hotel offers one free taxi return to the beach or shopping centre up until 5pm each day. We’d often walk down and use the return voucher for heavy shopping bags. If you want fresh meat and fish, the large hyper dino in Siam Mall is your place. There’s a free bus runs from outside Dukes shopping centre. The pool is fabulous and heated. Never overcrowded and great views. There are a lot of private pools in this complex which leaves pool free for the rest. Breakfast had everything you could wish. Very attentive staff. The reception staff are excellent. They have a WhatsApp service to communicate with them. I used this several times and had almost instant replies. Once our tv had stopped working. A new one was fitted same day. The balcony was huge. 2 very comfy sofas, 2 sun beds and a table with 4 chairs. 2 retractable awnings. Comfortable bed and bedding with good ac. Bath and separate large walk in shower. 2 bottles of still water left each day, nespresso coffee pods replaced, dishwasher tabs left daily. Need to get own wash powder though. I hope I’ve covered everything that I would want to read in a review. If back in the area, we will be back. If not, will use the others in the group.

Amazing 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel! Arrived later than expected but the reception team ensured the restaurant stayed open until 11pm so we could have food. Great food and service (shout out to Vadim in the BB pool lounge) in all of the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was really good with something for everyone. Reception team were helpful, friendly and efficient..room was clean as were the swimming pools and all areas of the hotel. The hotel itself is up a slight hill. The hotel does provide a complimentary taxi during the day which is a bonus. In the evening, we enjoyed walking to the seafront bars and restaurants so we would stroll down the hill and catch a taxi, which were reasonably priced, back to the hotel! A wonderful holiday experience where the team makes you feel incredibly welcome! We will definitely return!!

After making a tremendous impression 4 years ago, this September has been our 3rd stay here in the last four years. Baobab suites has a unique approach with its high quality, minimalists apartment style layouts, rather than cramming everything into a studio. The kitchens are also very well stocked with appliances and cutlery. Coupled with fantastic balcony areas, it makes a perfect place for when you’re travelling with children or extended family. It’s a true five star experience. One of the best breakfast services available at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Alexandria in particular was a star (and has been in previous occasions too!) There is two pool areas. A more private one in the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor main pool is great for very young children as it combines a small sandy beach type area with a baby pool, in addition to the main main area. Yes, the hotel is up a hill and that should be a consideration if you’ve got mobility issues. However, it gives the hotel spectacular views of either the sea or the mountain, but also strategically places the hotel between Costa Adeje and La Caleta which is a location that does not get the credit it deserves. Generally it’s a very peaceful and tranquil place. The only downside is the children’s club, whilst quite well stocked and schedules with toys, games and activities, it is only insured to leave children 4+ years, which is a little frustrating when you have a 3.5 year old and seeking an hour of peace. But it’s a very small draw back and a useful facility for the kids never the less, if needed. Already planning the next visit!
