Just went with teen son. Staff were really nice. Clientele mainly Spanish which we thought was a good sign. Room basic but clean. Breakfast had hot and cold options, bacon, egg, mushrooms, spanish omelette, hash browns etc, but no fresh juice, still ok. Fine for us to walk 25 mins to town (hilly on way back), nice restaurants in town. They booked us a brilliant trip to Siam Park but the guy on the desk struggled to tell us the pick up point, just that it "used to be called San Antonio and is near Puerto Palace" - it was the Radisson, so this could be improved as it was stressful. Pool is a little small so perhaps just for a dip at the end of the day, we went to Lago Martianez to swim instead. And no air con but it was fine, our temp was 21-24. Overall a good budget option, enjoyed it.

We were told we would have a balcony we didn't , the breakfast which was included was mainly the same everyday not bad as included in the price ,no kettles in the room so had to wait until we got up to get a cup of tea 1 of the receptionist wasent very helpful when I asked about a kettle he said they don't have kettles in any of the hotels in Spain, sorry but they do ,guessing its to expensive to run the bathroom had mould allover the ceiling and no plugs for the sink or bath ,no curtain up at the window either so you could see through ,we left early and went to another hotel which was so much better would I stay here again no for sure

Nice compact hotel nestled within a residential part of town, excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. There is a small pool, with a dozen or so loungers. a pool table and a bar which was not active/open for the two weeks were were there. However the bar in the main restaurant/dining room was open. Room was a twin(me and my son) compact with a TV and en-suite 3/4 bathtub with overhead shower unit, sink & mirror & toilet cistern/bowl. 2x glass tumblers and that's it, would have liked basic tea/coffee making stuff but none. I bought a mini jug kettle for 12 euros and used it multiple times during our stay...Room did not have A/C bur did have a balcony with a table & 2x chairs - nice views inland. there are two local mini marts literally next door on either side of the hotel, which sell fruit/veg, snacks and cold pop & beer at very reasonable prices, though opening times are sketchy... A good budget student/backpacker/no thrills hotel. Please note, this hotel is 'up the road' not on or near the front...It's nice walking downhill to the center/front, but bear in mind the walk back up is long and steep, very steep..! in 30 degree weather, it's a challenge..! I'm pretty fit and the 'exercise' did me good, but there was one night my son and I had been to a nightclub(till 3:30 am), and the walk back uphill was very hard work (mainly due to having to motivate a drunk 20 year old to keep it going!)...lol. But seriously, it's approx 1200 meters. just under a mile which would be no problem for 99% of folk on the flat, but this is steep...very steep. There are busses in the daytime though, that depart from town , from outside McDonalds so you'll be ok if you're not in walking and there are the taxis too.
