Such a lovely hotel, room was stunning. In a great spot in Costa Adeje. Everything you could want from kids disco to 3 pools. Baby club have the most amazing staff. Loved going there for activities with Alicia and Nuria. They are super and so kind.

We came back from this hotel last week, extremely disappointed. It’s not all sunshine’s and rainbows like the photos / videos look. The soft play was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel, I have a 2 year old (almost 3) so this soft play sounded perfect for some timeout of the sun, however they wouldn’t let her in. Minimum age of 4. They do have a baby section which is too little for a 2 year old. My parents came out to Tenerife to have a holiday with us, they stayed in a different hotel as La Pinta was fully booked, they came to visit us and was greated by the door by 8 members of staff telling them strictly no visitors, this isn’t stated anywhere and we have never ever known a hotel to not allow visitors. The gate to go down to the front closes at 8 which is way too early! If you go out for food in the evening you have to walk up a steep hill to go to reception. We arrived at about 7:30pm, we seen that there was air con in the room, when we switched it on - it didnt work so we called reception. We waited until 11:30pm for an engineer who told us he would be right back to fix it. Called reception back an hour later who said “no there’s no air con in the room he told you that”, which he never as we wouldn’t of stayed awake until 12:30am with a 2 year old!!! we spoke to several other people who confirmed they had air con in the bedroom so we was blatantly lied to. On the last day, the maids came to our room, they didn’t make the bed let alone change the sheets. Our clean towels were thrown in the sink in the bathroom, I reported it to reception and they didn’t believe me even with photo evidence provided. They didn’t offer anything. The rooms are infested with mosquitos. My arms are covered in bites. Nothing was done about it. Other people reported it and were given plug ins but we were given nothing. I’m a positive note the rooms are big and the location is great. As a result of the bedroom being so warm in the night, me, my daughter and my partner spent the week sleeping on the sofa bed which wasn’t the comfiest and not very big. The buffet food in the hotel wasn’t great, not good for fussy eaters at all. I’ve never seen an all inclusive hotel have such little choice of food. We lived on the snack bar all week. And that was chicken nuggets and chips all day (the chips were extremely rubbery!) I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid a lot of this holiday and we didnt think it was worth half of the price we paid.

The location of this hotel is fantastic , it’s right bang in the middle of everything and only 20 minutes from airport , me and my family are just back and we couldn’t be happier with our experience, I have to give a special mention to David & Maurico the two reps were brillant and always made everyone so welcome ! Can’t wait to get back next year Laura , Owen , Reggie and Freddie

Super cool kids club! Our 7 year old son felt very welcome everyday thanks to very friendly and supportive kids club staff, especially Maria and Paula many many thanks🙌💞

We stayed in La Pinta for 11 nights in Septemeber with our 2 kids 7 and 11. Yes I would agree the hotel is more geared towards smaller kids but ours had a ball. The hotel is kept spotless at all times, the location is brilliant, not far from the airport, and then everything you want on your door step. A special mention for David on the animation team, after meeting him once he remebered all of our names and was so good with the kids, it actually made their holiday better. We were also there when Mike started who was also so much fun and great with the kids. If I were to give any suggestion it would be more daytime activities planned. Other than that, great stay.
