Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur

I had the anti ageing facial with Jenny and it was amazing. Jenny was fantastic. It was so relaxing that it made me go to sleep. My face was glowing.

We stayed in a garden villa in February but they were all sold out, so we booked the Villa Solarium with Ocean View. We were blown away. The room layout is the same as the garden villa, so we were thrilled, but was an outdoor seating area, leading to the roof terrace with sun loungers and a hot tub. That extra floor felt even more luxurious and special for our stay. The staff were excellent as always. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Food, service, rooms, pool area all spot on. Clean and tidy and staff all helpful. Little extras like a complementary bottle of Cava and popcorn on arrival, chocolates on your pillow each night and refreshments around the pool. Could do with a little atmosphere of an evening. I would say this is the only area it lacked in. Nothing going on at the hotel so have to venture into the centre. Not a bad little walk in to the centre but all up hill on the way back. Easy enough to jump in a taxi though. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Our 2nd stay in 6 months at this hotel and all the reasons we returned still stand. This is a really relaxed and quiet hotel with a nice international clientele base. Last time we stayed in a suite where this time we had a superior sea view room. The room was still very spacious and clean with a smaller balcony which had nice sun chairs and which caught all the afternoon sun. The room was very quiet, I don’t think they are sound proofed but it’s a quiet hotel. The only thing we did observe which maybe not as expected of a five star hotel room, no coffee machine but there is a kettle and instant coffee and tea bags, no bottled water instead there is a water station near the lifts available to fill a bottle. Our room had two single beds pushed together rather than a king or double bed. The only real complaint would be the air con was in the hall section, it didn’t cool the room and was so noisy you would need ear defenders to have it on. Maybe old? To be very fair to the hotel we did not complain when there so this is observational. The hotel we were told was full so didn’t see the point in exploring a room change or having people in trying to fix it. The hotel as last time was very chilled and it is not a huge hotel either with a large footprint so it feels quite intimate. There were always loungers by the pool and the staff are really pleasant. I think they may have just taken on new pool staff as we arrived as for 4 days there were very long delays in ordering poolside drinks and our order did not arrive correct once in those days. It seemed to be mainly one member of staff who really struggled. Maybe new or a new system. By the end of the week, different staff were on the area and everything was back to being efficient. We really enjoyed our stay again. It’s a great hotel for us. Great location, even thought the walk up the hill is a killer. Just a really nice vibe and the food and drink at the hotel is very reasonably priced too. Would recommend and would return again.

The Spa attendants were very welcoming and friendly, making you feel so at ease and relaxed. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Such a relaxing calm environment!
