Ca Pasquali Village

We’ve stayed at Ca'Pasquali Village four times — but this was, unfortunately, the first time we left disappointed. Even when you book well in advance (7 months in our case), pay full price with no discounts, request specific tent pitches and get written confirmation, you might still end up on the worst spot in the entire campsite. I understand that requested locations aren’t guaranteed, and I accept that. But placing guests next to a noisy electrical transformer — where it’s nearly impossible to sleep — feels like a mockery and a lack of respect for the customer. We made our reservation and paid the deposit back in December, asking for two adjacent pitches in the back of the campsite — the same ones we had in previous years. This request was confirmed in our December communication. I understand this is not a guarantee, but we had always received the requested spots in the past. So you can imagine our surprise when we arrived and found out that not only were our pitches not next to each other, but the promised location wasn’t honored either. We ended up in alley 33, right next to the pool. The noise from the pool was tolerable, but what really bothered us was the wall with the transformer. During the day, we didn’t notice it much, but at night it became loud and pulsed periodically. Sleeping next to it was practically impossible. In my opinion, this spot shouldn’t even be available for guests — it should be part of a service area. And in fact, it was used that way: maintenance staff were frequently nearby and sometimes parked their electric service carts partially on our plot. Eventually, we solved the problem by moving the tents to a nearby plot in alley 34 (with reception’s approval) and used the original plot for car parking. A definite downgrade from what we had booked and expected. Later during our stay, I received a satisfaction survey. I explained the entire situation and hoped someone would reach out — maybe with an apology or compensation offer. Nothing happened — not even a simple acknowledgment. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end. On the fourth night, we heard a strange sound. With help from neighbors and their flashlight, we discovered a cracked tree branch (25 cm thick) directly above our tent. We quickly carried our children out. I’ll never forget the fear in their eyes. A friend informed the night staff, who responded immediately and gave us a bungalow for the night. By morning, the branch had been removed — only sawdust remained. The situation ended well, but it raises serious concerns about safety and tree maintenance. A branch like that doesn’t break overnight. Are regular checks and trimming being done before the season?

After 3 years we came back again, this time we took the Laguna Platinum mobile home which is at least 2-3 levels better than the Torcello which we had last time and we were disappointed. I recommend it this camp to all families with children, as they have many playgrounds, swimming pools, etc.

This place is very good, located right on the beach and has a lot to offer. From Pool Dinners, parties, musicals and sport events.. but what really makes it special is the animation team! In special Alberto, Brian and Soraya are super friendly, attentive and responsible! Extremely reliable and professional with always a smile on their faces... They have a demanding job .. but they also do an amazing one!

Very clean well looked after resort. Visited with teenagers at the high of the summer. We like •well equipped bungalow Laguna platinum with dishwasher, hob and fridge, 2x bathrooms, 2x toilets •powerful showers with hot water and disco lights •sand foot wash, washing machines available •large veranda •very clean •plenty of towels •large sandy beach •bicycles •mocktails and ice cream by the pool in the evening •friendly helpful bilingual staff •nice family chill friendly relaxed atmosphere in the resort •plenty to do •convenient breakfast and catering in the restaurant with lovely staff •reasonably priced shop •close to Venice •sunny weather •jumping in the waves in the sea •lots of activities for little children Didn’t like • bungalow quite tight for space (but geniusly furnished) •sea water not crystal clear • not enough water sports or activities for teenagers •pool can get crowded •mosquitoes •crepes restaurant-rude horrible staff, avoid, go to the pool bar instead •reception communication before arrival very difficult and unhelpful (once on site the reception staff are lovely) •the resort doesn’t provide their own transfer services, taxis, minibuses or drivers •gates and fences all along the beach, feels very military •no visible sea live, not for snorkelling, murky water

The perfect place for a family holiday! We took a bus from Marco Polo airport to Lido di Jesolo then another to Ca' Pasquale. It took just over an hour and was quite simple when buying tickets at the ATVO kiosk in the airport. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. They helped us buy tickets for Venice (around 70 euros for three of us by bus to Punta Sabbioni then boat) and gave us advice about how to get to Burano (bought bus tickets at reception then boat tickets at Punta Sabbioni). There is easy access by public transport to lots of locations. We had an executive mobile home which was well equipped, very clean and new inside, nice big windows on the front. There was a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, plenty of plates and cutlery. Towels are provided and changed once per week. Nice shower, toilet, basin, bidet in the bathroom. Double bed and three beds in the kids room. Table, sofa, tv with access to netflix and Disney if you have an account, and DVD player. We were located close to the well stocked mini market, mini club and water park but it wasn't noisy when we visited in April. I think this was a good time to visit as it was quite quiet and I think it could get busy in Summer. There were sinks for washing pots and clothes, washing machines, foot wash after the beach, nice shower blocks and places for waste if you were camping. The staff are constantly keeping facilites and paths clean, they were amazing. Camping pitches very close to the beach. Games room, fitness centre, playground. Gorgeous sandy beach directly adjacent to the village. There was a gelateria full of delicious ice cream, creperie, indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant had a wonderful selection at breakfast and delicious evening meals. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The mini club was fantastic for children. They had many activities on every day from sport to craft. The mini club staff were amazing! They knew all the kids by name and made them feel so special, always ready to play and make them smile. They spoke Italian, English and German very well. There is a minidisco every night in the arena which gets all the kids and adults dancing and learning new (and very catchy) songs! Thank you animators! The water park is clean and exciting. There are a number of pools, Olympic, family, young kids, wellness with bubbles and a fantastic slide. There are quiet hours between 1 and 3 where you can still swim but the bubbles are switched off and the big slide is closed. All pools were a good temperature. There is a very small charge for sunbeds around the pool. I've probably forgotten something but I can't say enough about how great this place is! All staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The excellent facilities and great location make this a perfect place to stay. Thank you! ❤️
