Camping Village Pino Mare

This campsite, which claims 4 stars, never again! We came to this campsite to rest for 6 nights. We had to leave on the third day because after the rain our mobilehome was flooded. I understand that no one can influence the heavy rain, but it is inexcusable that in a 4-star campsite the sewage and storm sewers are missing or not working. And the only alternative and solution that the campsite management offers is - you have to wait?! Moreover, because of the completely unprofessional attitude of the receptionists, who were not willing to help the guests with any of the problems that arose in the given situation. We urgently asked three times for the unusable wifi, which you boast that you have for free, now I understand why. Nothing happened, no one fixed it. At check out, the receptionist promised us that if we wrote about a refund, the camp would of course send us part of the money back. Even after the second email, nothing happened and no one is communicating with us anymore. We were only told that they have a functioning sewage system. Such accommodation facilities should have gone bankrupt.

We stayed in a Gold mobilehome that was clearly old and worn. We needed maintenance three times during our stay. The noise was unbearable — loud music from the stage every evening until 11:00 p.m., reaching up to 97 dB at our pitch. We also had loud music during the day from pool aerobics and rehearsals. Despite raising the issue with staff, nothing improved. We ended up leaving a day early, as it was impossible to relax. For a family campsite, this was far from peaceful. Definitely not worth the price. We won’t be coming back.
