New refurbished room with great sea view, nice garden with pool, sunbeds and umbrellas even in October and most of all: an incredible stuff. Attentive, charming and efficient. Outstanding in our situation with a car issue: the owner and his ‘jack of all trades’, Ian who cleaned and fixed our broken car. Incredible service quality.

An amazing place to stay , clean excellent service and very helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. 10min walk for piazza Milano . 2 mins walk to the beach.This was my second time in Jesolo but definitely not my last one . I was impressed with the helpful of the staff.

I do not understand positive feedbacks. The only good things are breakfast and people working there who are very nice. However, howcome this hotel is 4starts superior? I cannot believe it. The pool is so bad that nobody goes in it, very old building with a decoration mixing too many different styles which makes it look cheap. But most importantly rooms are very small and very very vary basic. You can hear absolutely EVERYTHING happening in next room, corridor etc… and if breakfast is good the dinner food is below average of what you can find in an avareage italian place. I am french and live in Italy for few years now and have been in Jesolo before. There are many hotels and we will definitely chose another one next time. Don’t get fools by their nice pictures on website or the 9/10 rating on Booking. I am sorry for thé people working there though, as I said they are very kind.

We need to relax after 4 days in the Dolomites mountains. This hotel is perfectly located on the seafront with beach chairs and swimming pool a few short steps away for guests. The vast breakfast buffet was a delight every morning. Rooms were clean and we had a sea view balcony with ours. But the experience was outstanding because of the hotel staff going out of their way to accommodate us. Manager Piaio (spelling?) walked us to the bus stop a couple of blocks away and explained how to use the bus system to and from the airport. When we explained our flight was early before normal breakfast started, he found a way to help. Any question we asked, he helped us immediately. If we could get give 6 out of 5 stars, we would!

I and my wife completed a three-weeks vacation at Jesolo Lido, Croce di Malta Hotel, yesterday. We are used to spend our vacations abroad, perferably in North Cyprus, Famagusta, Palm Beach hotel. Therefore we didn't have great expectations from this stay in Jesolo Lido, but, fortunately, we found to be pessimists. This hotel, 4 stars superior, is located just in front of the sea, with many umbrellas on the beach, in the garden, around the pool. On the beach, were we are used to stay, we found every day umbrellas available in the first or second row, then quite ventilated. In addition the umbrellas are well spaced each other. Let's go to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom, the wardrobe and the balcony. Very well cleaned every day, of course. The Owner and the Team are very professional, well dressed, focused on Customer care everywhere, in the reception area as well as in the restaurant. We choosed the half board formula...and it has been the most exciting surprise. The quality of foods and cooking is at amazing level and could easily be compared with a SEVENSTARS restaurant. In the 21 days we have been there, we enjoied 21 different menus ! We have been lucky to have a pleasant climate, sunny and windy for most of the day. But, just because nothing is perfect in this world, the sea is not very attractive. The sand is brown and very lught, therefore the water is not transparent at all and very far to be light blue ! Anyway the water is clean and at a pleasant temperature. I believe we'll repeat this experience in future. hovery tOf c
