We stayed there for 3 days. the location is perfect - near the beach and also near the city centre. Everything was very clen and new. Our room had air conditioning, which can be good on hot summer days. The staff spoke good german.

So, dear fellows, who are making plans for a nice sea-side vacation at Bibione I would like to leave my humble comment regarding the hotel I stayed at during my vacation this summer. I hope this one would be helpful to someone. Details, they are- when it concerns the hotel which you choose whether for your holydays or business - really important! So, first of all, regarding the hotel's website which boasts that most of the rooms have a Sea View - I've got to really object this!! The hotel standing NOT on the first line from the sea and which is not at all a scyscraper can't say this - not, if only a smaaall piece of the sea can be regarded as a "sea view" - can say I' ve seen really better one!!!!! Rooms are extremely smaaaal that is it! But the housekeeping department of this "kind-of-4-star" hotel is also worth mentioning! During our staying, cleaning in the rooms was performed really BAD (the balcony was NEVER cleaned at all, ashtrays were cleaned 1 or 2 times max during two weeks of our staying). For the first days of our staying we had to ask for clean towels at the housekeeper, whom we had to look for in the hall. ABSOLUTELY NO shower&bath facilities (which was the first time for the whole my travelling practice and which goes WITHOUT SAYING at any 4 star, even 3 star hotel!) were put in our room after cleening during our staying (except those we got upon our arrival!)! For those we had to ask the above mentioned housekeepers looking fot them in the hall!! I do not mention that upon check in NOBODY was so nice to tell us that the hotel has a special entrance which is the only one which allows an access to the hotel during night time (after midnight), so the first night when we - surprisingly - found it that out was really EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! (and I've really heard receptionists telling about this to the guests checking in upon my departing). So, to make a bottom line, I Would Not Reccomend This Hotel: 1) if you hope to have a real something like a sea view! 2) If you WANT to have you room cleaned baaad and not get any bath facilities without asking for them.

My husband and I spent the June 2nd holiday (3 nights) at this hotel, and it was a very pleasant surprise. For the first time in Bibione, we ended up here almost by chance because we decided to leave at the last minute. The lady at the hotel (we later discovered she was the owner) who answered my call was super friendly from the start; she understood that as soon as she confirmed availability, we would leave within 2 hours at most, just enough time to pack, and she immediately sent us the quote. We ate very well at the hotel, breakfast and dinner. The room and bathroom were elegant and well-kept, clean, comfortable, and soundproofed. Menu with various options to choose from. The first courses, in particular, were excellent! Convenient parking within the facility. The area with the pool was also nice, but we did not take advantage of it because we preferred to stay at the beach. Beach nearby, just a few steps away. Hotel located in a quiet and peaceful area despite being close to the center of Bibione, it remains behind the main square full of shops and venues. Right in front of the hotel, there is a convenient Crai supermarket. What can I say, we had a great time, too bad about the few days of vacation. A special appreciation to the owner who, upon our departure, had us wrap 2 pieces of our favorite cake for the journey. These small gestures clearly show the commitment and passion for one's work. Very tried boss and friendly staff, we felt very comfortable there. As a vegetarian, there have been one or two extra choices when eating. Proximity to beach and shopping street, all around everything in order!

Cold and rude Welcoming at reception. The hotel seems designed exclusively for German and Austrian customers: if you are Italian, they make you feel almost out of place. Completely empty minibar in the room and no indoor bar where you can buy a simple bottle of water. “Private” parking is a definition of convenient: accessible to anyone and with space for only a dozen cars. The rooms are tiny, dirty and even lack a real bidet, replaced by an accessory built into the toilet. The cuisine is disappointing to say the least, closer to a dive bar than a hotel restaurant, with a sparse breakfast and no pastries or fresh pastries. Frankly, it is not clear how it can have the 4-star superior rating: in reality, it barely deserves two stars. To be avoided absolutely. And anyway saying 4 stars superior is like saying that a scooter is a ferrari
