Hotel Palace

Just a fantastic hotel with very polite personel. Spend a weekend here with some friends in september 2024. Amazing location right at the beach and just some blocks from the shopping street with alot of restaurants. Superb breakfast, clean and bright rooms. Dont miss this ! I will return !

Room was ittle bit small, small shower, but clean and nice see view! Perfect clean pool, perfect breakfast, very kind stuff people! Very specific dinner, you choose dinner at breakfast and wait at the table for serving main course, starters ale very big so you must be carefull not to eat much before main course. Only one small surprise was paid drink at dinner including also water. Beach with sunbeams and umbrella was very good! Kids like it we too! We come again!

Good location, near the beach and Bibione center. Has own beach with sunbeds, good breakfast. And that's it. Rooms are small, furniture outdated, conditioning system works loudly as hell, staff seems always confused about everything, room cleaners starts to kick you out from the room about 9:30 everyday.

Dear all, thank you for the 3rd time for a great family holiday. We spent in hotel Palace 2 weeks, so that I can recommend this place very heartily. Hotel is well maintained, with clean swimming pools and garden with big trees, which can give you a nice shadow during hot days. All the hotel staff is very helpful and nice and always smiling willing to help you. Rooms are nice and cleaned very carefully every day. Animation programme for kids takes place every day in the garden, then there is kids disco, pizza party and big gala dinner every week. But, what is making our stay always appreciated is great kitchen lead by Chef Michele and Sous Chef Marco. Meals are always fresh, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a lot of sea food, steaks, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and fantasy!!! You can choose from a wide variety of cold fresh salads, then starter, main meal and dessert. Everything is served on time, very quickly (with small kids it's much appreciated) and with a great flavour and style! Looking forward to come back again. Simona and family.

Dear Future Guests! My family did not stay in this hotel we made our reservation in the Hotel Palace Bibione! Unfortunately my wife had to be operated and that’s we had to cancel our reservation! We cancelled it 2 days before the Hotel Palace’ s cancellation deadline in an email! 3 Days later they blocked 2400 Euros from our credit card because they told us they did not receive our cancellation e-mail! We proved them many times with exact dates that we sent them the cancellation e-mail IN TIME but a t the end they charged 1212 Euros as a booking cancellation fee! This is absolutelyi incorrect at the part of the Hotel Palace Bibione they absolutely broke their booking conditiones and they just cheated me and my family! After many e-mails and phone calls they still not send back to us the 1212 Euros that’s why now I am writing this case here! You have to know this case about this hotel ! This is an absolutely INCORRECT HOTEL! DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATION IN THE HOTEL PALACE BIBIONE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! ZERO HUMANITY ZERO HELPFULNESS!!! We have already stayed in many many hotels in the world but we have not met as incorrect attitude as it is in the Hotel Palace Bibione!
