This was the most disgusting, low budget hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool was small, the majority of the staff were rude (disregarding 2, a blonde woman behind reception and a brown/grey haired bartender). We were treated like animals, constantly hounded for money to pay for things we hadn’t even had. The rooms? Disgusting. We booked thinking this would be a decent 4 star based on the photos. It’s more like 2 stars. The rooms are small and dated, with apartments being split into 2 rooms and no kettle in the room. We thought we had booked an apartment, but no - and when we asked if we could upgrade, we were told it would be €1200 extra for the week. My little cousin lives in Italy, so we had planned for him to stay for a night. We asked for an extra bed (we were willing to pay a bit extra), and was told that we couldn’t have it as the room was too small. If we wanted to upgrade to a larger room, it was €400 extra. Money, money, money. That’s all they care about in this hovel. The 20-or-so beds by the hotel were reserved with towels by 7am, the “private” beach was a collection of about 30 beds on a regular beach, and you’re told it is a 2 minute walk. More like 10. Also, the awards from the wall proclaiming them an award winning hotel in 1989 need to come down. They’re embarrassing. 1989 was probably the last time Aparthotel Sheila was decorated. I would never, ever stay here again. It couldn’t be further from what was advertised.

Very good service and lovely staff that were very helpful in the small details whenever we needed anything. Loved the breakfast!

Fabulous location right next to the beach with its own private area. Relaxed atmosphere with chilled music and plenty of live sports in the outside bar area. Room was spotless with daily housekeeping if required. Fresh linen and beach towels provided. Very good value for money booked through love holidays. Peaceful rooms but not peak season visit. Wonderful friendly staff from reception to house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble from taxis to air con issues. Special mention to the catering and bar team. Breakfast had everything you need and Mattia working the bar is an excellent host and very friendly. In all highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Had a budget mini break and was using Lido de Jesolo as a base to get to Venice cheaply by bus. Season hasn't started yet in Lido so was very quiet. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. Lovely helpful staff, breakfast was amazing, clean rooms. Couldn't fault the place.

We had a great stay at this hotel, we would recommend it to others, who would like a nice, clean, friendly service. Hassle free and a great location, to the shops, restaurants, beach.
